Hiraizumi Hotel Musashibou

It’s conveniently located close to both Motsu-ji Temple and Chuson-ji Temple. We received a warm welcome, and parking was smooth. The bath is in a separate building a short walk away, but it’s spacious and comfortable even when busy. Since you do a lot of walking while sightseeing, the Onsen is especially appreciated. Dinner was excellent as well, but additional dishes had to be ordered by 7:00 p.m., so we couldn’t add beef tongue, which was disappointing. Next time, we’ll have dinner earlier.

The Facility is quite old, but everything is well cleaned, and the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. It was so comfortable that it more than made up for the age of the Facility.Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.One thing: the futon had already been laid out when we arrived in the Room, so it felt cramped and we couldn’t relax much.This may be good for guests who don’t want staff to enter their Room, but it depends on the guest. I think it would be even better if they could confirm in advance whether to lay out the futon before arrival or after arrival.
