Natural Hot Spring Hideyoshi's Conquest Bath Super Hotel JR Shin-Osaka East Exit

The parking space was a bit hard to find, but when I called in advance, the counter staff kindly prepared a map for me. There is space for about two cars behind the building. Since there are many one-way streets in the area, having the map was very helpful. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Even though we had small children with us, they treated us with kindness. As this Hotel has an Onsen, it was great to have a spacious bath where our kids could enjoy themselves instead of using the smaller bathroom in our Room. However, the curtain in the bathroom seemed to let water through from the shower, and when stepping out of the tub, we found that our bath mat towel was soaking wet. This happened not only to me but also to my family members, so I think there might be an issue with the curtain design.For meals, they served Osaka's specialty takoyaki (octopus balls), which allowed us to enjoy some local cuisine—a nice touch! While there were enough seats available overall, it was somewhat challenging for families like ours to secure seats together.The station and convenience stores are within walking distance, so we had no trouble during our stay.The staff were approachable and made casual conversation with us throughout our visit—it made for a very pleasant stay! I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity! Thank you so much for your hospitality during this time!

The service, room, amenities, and breakfast were all good. I don't travel for business often, so maybe all hotels are like this, but having a choice of several types of pillows and pajamas was very helpful. Also, I am not comfortable sleeping directly under the duvet on hotel beds, so it was nice to have a blanket in the room from the start. I would like to use it again if I go to Osaka.
