Hotel Crown Hills Himeji

We stayed as a group of three, including a young child. Some of the Facility equipment felt a bit retro, and there were partitions used to divide spaces, but it wasn’t particularly inconvenient.There were many nice perks such as welcome drinks, a free dinner, and complimentary alcohol. The selection of amenities was plentiful, and everything was clean and comfortable to use. There was also a large public bath where we could relax and soothe our fatigue.There were many positive points overall, but above all, we were truly impressed by the staff’s service—their attitude toward hospitality and the way they treated guests was outstanding. It felt like they are well trained and educated, and we were able to enjoy our stay very comfortably. The service alone makes us want to stay again next time.Since there are many affiliated properties in the group, we would definitely like to use them again when traveling.Thank you very much for everything this time.

I arrived at the Hotel around 1:00 p.m., rented a bicycle, and was able to sightsee around Himeji Castle. I had planned to go by bus, so this was really helpful. Dinner was also free. The Chinese rice bowl options were retort-style (pouring it over rice), but the curry was homemade, mildly sweet, and delicious. There was also miso soup and unlimited drinks, and I was surprised all of this was free. They even had Chicken Ramen. Breakfast also had a good variety of items, and I was satisfied. If I had to say one thing, I wish there were a few more dessert options... The large public bath felt great, but it isn’t very big considering the number of guests, so I thought it might get crowded if timings overlapped and only used it once. If I have a chance to visit Himeji again, I will definitely choose this Hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. Since it seems to be a chain with locations across The whole country, I’ll keep an eye out for Crown Hills from now on.
