    The Room was small.

    I was disappointed that there was no rice for breakfast, even though curry was available. The Room is too small.

    With Your Beloved Dog

    I stayed with my beloved dog. The Room was clean and odor-free, and I appreciated that the trash bin was placed out of reach for my dog. There was also information about nearby pet-friendly shops. We were not disturbed by the sounds of dogs from other Rooms, allowing my dog to relax comfortably. The staff, from various countries, interacted with warm smiles without being overly formal, which left a very positive impression. I would love to stay again if given the opportunity.

    Always a warm welcome and attentive service. The staff's courteous hospitality is truly comforting. The Room was spotless, quiet, and provided a relaxing stay. Although I didn’t have breakfast this time, it has always been satisfying with a wide variety of options and excellent service from the staff, making for a delightful morning experience. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you very much for your exceptional care during my stay!

    Narrow

    The hotel staff were friendly and very pleasant. The file provided in the room included information about nearby pet-friendly restaurants and animal hospitals, which I found thoughtful. When accompanied by a dog, the rooms were limited, and I could only reserve a rather small room. The bed was large, making the room feel even smaller. Although there are places nearby where you can dine with your dog, most places only allow dog guests on the terrace, so it was too cold for that this time of year. We ate a bento in the room, but it was difficult as there was no space to eat. We had lunch on the day of arrival and breakfast the next day at the hotel's first-floor cafe. There were few options, and although there was curry, there was no rice. It looked delicious, but it was disappointing. The brioche-type bread was delicious when warmed. There were no dishes provided for the dog in the room.
