    It felt very clean.

    Everything felt clean and well-organized with no waste. The complimentary drinks were much appreciated. You can choose your yukata size, and the design is comfortable for walking around the property. The entrance to the open-air bath felt a bit too open, which concerned me slightly, but I still enjoyed it. I booked a Plan with breakfast included; it was a Japanese-style meal in just the right portion size.

    Feel uncomfortable in the lounge?

    Free drinks and snacks were available in the lounge, but I felt uneasy about the staff's attitude. They insisted that small paper cups were only for wine and prohibited their use for other beverages, yet they instructed children to use those same cups. Additionally, they demanded compliance by saying it was necessary to prevent everyone from acting freely. It seemed more appropriate to hand out specific instructions or items at the entrance instead. Most guests appeared respectful and capable of enjoying the service without issue.

    I was pleased with the good service.

    The bath and the room were spacious, and the view from the window was great. The meals were served, and it was excellent. A variety of luxurious and delicious dishes were served daily, and I ended up eating too much. It was a kind and very good property, so I would like to stay again.

    I used it for my mother's birthday.

    The room was mountain-side when I made the reservation, but since there was availability, I was given a spacious ocean-side room. Thank you for your consideration. The open-air bath was spacious, and the food was very delicious. When leaving, everyone at the front desk thanked us, so I think it would leave an even better impression if someone was at the entrance to thank us as well.

    We stayed for one ni...

    We stayed for one night from May 12th. I just received a call from my parents, and they were very pleased. They were very satisfied with both the hot springs and the food. Thanks to being able to check in early, they were able to enjoy the open-air bath, which they were worried about due to their age, while it was still bright. They were very satisfied with the quality of the hot springs. They also seemed to enjoy the food, especially the dish with the shell (I assume?), which they wanted to have seconds of. Even my mother, who doesn't particularly like meat, seemed to enjoy the Mikawa beef shabu-shabu! We are also very grateful for the special grilled sea bream you served, as a gesture for Mother's Day. I thought it would be better to have meals in the room at a leisurely pace, but for my elderly parents, sitting directly on the tatami and getting up seemed a bit inconvenient. Not having noticed such things, I now feel a bit sad, wondering how much longer and what I can do for my aging parents... Next time, I hope to visit Higaki Hotel with my husband and me. Thank you very much for taking care of us this time.
