Anniversary Celebration Inn: Villa Sora no Ue

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary.From the warm welcome to the send-off, the staff’s kind and attentive service made our stay truly comfortable.Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we loved the Room atmosphere and the view from the open-air bath. We were able to spend a special time, and my wife, who traveled with me, was very satisfied as well.We didn’t expect to receive a commemorative photo beautifully decorated as a gift, so it was a wonderful surprise.Thanks to all of you, it became an unforgettable anniversary. Thank you very much.We will definitely visit again.

We stayed on this trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it became a wonderful memory—thank you for preparing such a lovely dessert plate. The Accommodation is located on a hill overlooking downtown Ito, and we enjoyed spectacular views stretching to Hatsushima Island and Mt. Omuro in the distance. The Room was spacious with great views, and with the latest massage chair, a daybed, and a large terrace, we were able to relax at our leisure. The meal was also delicious: a creative kaiseki course blending Japanese and Western styles that made great use of local ingredients. We also appreciated that you prepared onigiri as a late-night snack in addition to the takikomi rice served at dinner.There happened to be a water outage in Ito City that day; it only affected the inability to use the shower in our Room, but you kindly accommodated us by offering private baths and showing thoughtful consideration throughout—we almost felt sorry for all the trouble.All of the staff were extremely courteous and pleasant, which made our entire stay comfortable.We often visit Izu but usually stay around Izu Kogen or East Izu, so Ito had previously been just somewhere we passed through—however, after this stay we’ve completely fallen in love with it. This is an Accommodation we would love to return to if we have another opportunity.
