In the calm atmosphere of Tamatsukuri Onsen, we were able to spend a relaxing time as a family.The warm hospitality of all the staff left a strong impression, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Each dish was carefully prepared and delicious, allowing us to fully enjoy seasonal flavors.When we mentioned that my mother does not eat meat, you kindly changed her meal to a clam hot pot. Our whole family was truly touched by your thoughtful consideration. It tasted wonderful and became one of the most memorable dishes of our trip.The Onsen was also very soothing; the soft water typical of Tamatsukuri Onsen helped us unwind and slowly relieve our everyday fatigue.Thanks to you, it was a wonderful stay that will remain a cherished family memory.We sincerely appreciate your warm hospitality.When we visit Tamatsukuri Onsen again, we would love to stay with you again.

It was my first time visiting Tamatsukuri Onsen, so I wasn’t sure which Accommodation to choose, but I’m glad I stayed at Minami. We booked the Minami Premium Suite (70 m²), and it was very spacious and comfortable.On the IKYU site, the meal details were described only as “standard,” and since it is a Ryokan yet dinner was served at a restaurant rather than in-room, I felt a little uneasy at first. However, at Restaurant Sansuiso they prepared a private room for us, and we enjoyed a Japanese-Western kaiseki course featuring mainly Shimane ingredients. For the main dish, we could choose abalone or steak, and everything was delicious.The only reason I rated the Room 4 out of 5 is that the bed and pillow didn’t quite suit me. That said, it’s probably difficult to provide bedding that fits everyone perfectly.
