The room is like a business hotel, perfect for letting children play.
I stayed in the Executive Suite for two nights, and on the third night, since the suite was not available, I stayed in this standard room.
I expected the difference since it was the cheapest room compared to the suite over 100 square meters, but even considering the small size, the room felt like a rundown business hotel and was dirty. It made me want to return to my clean and spacious home. I would never stay in this room again, even for free, and I do not recommend it.
In terms of the room alone, even paying three times the amount, the suite is definitely better.
However, the outdoor pool, free ice cream distribution, With Kids, game center, buffet, etc., were convenient for families with children, and they also had a Hawaii fair with hula shows and ukulele performances, so we enjoyed the hotel itself, which was nice.
Most of the staff were smiling and casual, but their service was very pleasant. We had a comfortable stay. Thank you.
I had high expectations for the food based on reviews, but the club lounge, buffet, food court, and café all had very ordinary tastes and varieties, not what I would expect from a hotel.
We were able to check in without waiting, but the check-in process itself took 15 minutes. It took 15 minutes even though there was no particular explanation about the room or the facilities. Why? It was tough with two kids.
Having only one nursing room in such a large hotel was very inconvenient.
We borrowed a crib for our 0-year-old, but it was the type where the sides don't open, which is common overseas, so we couldn't reach to place the sleeping baby in it and ended up not using it at all. I would like them to change it to the Japanese type (strong request).
Lastly, the most disappointing thing was that I forgot a cushion for laying the baby on the bed, and when I called on the night of the checkout day, they said they couldn't find it.
It was my fault for forgetting it, but it was filled with memories from when my older child was a baby, so I was sad. It was the first time I lost something at a hotel and couldn't find it, and I questioned the quality of the cleaning since such a large item couldn't be found.
I wrote a lot, but since my children enjoyed themselves to some extent (the room is limited to the suite), I would like to return.
For your reference, here is a photo of the crib. They said this is the only type available. (The room is the Executive Suite)
