No matter where I go in the whole country, I always stay at Dormy Inn! It’s close to the downtown area, and the large public bath and sauna are great. The other services are excellent as well. The hinoki bath in the Room was also wonderful.

This was my first stay, and the Room was spacious, beautifully renovated, and had a great layout. The front desk staff were also very courteous, so I had a comfortable stay. The disappointing points were that the front desk drink service is closed in the morning, and there is no tea option to begin with. It may seem minor, but it matters quite a bit. If there are no free drinks in the morning, I would like coffee drip bags and tea to be provided in the Room. Also, while the affiliated parking lot allows unlimited entry and exit and is convenient to use, it is very run-down and not suited to the width of modern cars. It was quite stressful.

Depending on the time of day, there were many people and the washing area was full. Also, the bath water was a bit hot. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and offered a wide variety, which was great. The futon was comfortable to sleep on, but it would have been even better if there were more pillow options.

Although it was a twin Room, the Room was much more spacious than expected, and I felt very relaxed. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations—I was truly surprised and completely satisfied. In particular, the firefly squid tempura fried right in front of me was outstanding! One minor concern was that the walls inside the Room felt thin, so I could hear more noise from the next Room than at other Hotels, but it wasn’t stressful. If I visit Toyama again, I will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here many times, and the front desk staff are always pleasant. The Room is spotless and excellent. I also appreciate that the bathroom and toilet are separate. I will continue to stay here in the future.

Within walking distance of Toyama Station. Close enough that even pulling a carry-on suitcase doesn’t feel like a hassle. As others have pointed out, the only thing that bothered me was the short front-to-back length of the toilet seat, but I was satisfied with the rest of the Facility. The building is old, but it’s well cleaned and didn’t feel unpleasant. The shower temperature and water pressure were both sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The welcome drink and breakfast were excellent. I was also very satisfied with the hospitality of all staff, both at the front desk and housekeeping. Checkout is at 11:00, so you can take your time. Overall, it was a Hotel with great value for money and high satisfaction.

Thank you very much for a truly comfortable stay. It also seemed to be during a promotion, and the price felt almost too good to accept. What I like about the Tokyu Hotel: It’s quiet—every Tokyu Hotel I’ve stayed at is quiet. You can’t hear any noise from the hallway at all, and even sounds from the air conditioning don’t bother me. Thanks to that, I sleep soundly until morning. I’ve used it for lunch before and felt it was great value for money, and the food was delicious as well. This time I had the breakfast buffet and ate far too much—I even gained weight. Toyama City has many good Hotels at reasonable prices, but this is my top recommendation among them.

I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially used the room's bath out of convenience, my body felt stiff, so I decided to visit the large public bath. As expected from an onsen, it was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet at Route Inn Group is always excellent, and Toyama Inter is no exception. The menu changes daily, making it a traveler-friendly choice for business trips.

I always stay here when visiting Toyama City. While new hotels are being built in the city, especially around Toyama Station, this accommodation remains a reliable choice. The facility, staff hospitality, and delicious meals set it apart from other hotels. I also love the 19th-floor bar with its stunning view of the city. I will continue to use this accommodation in the future.

I visited after a long time. I could only book the Connect Twin before, but since it was a weekday, I was able to stay in the Wide View Twin again. The large windows offering expansive views of the sea and city were wonderful! The Room also had a massage chair. The public bath was as great as ever, providing a relaxing experience. The shampoo and other amenities were different from before, but they didn’t cause any dryness or irritation, which was reassuring. There was also a Refa hair dryer available. Please note that there is no sauna for women in the morning. Breakfast offers a choice between Japanese and Western set meals, with unlimited refills of salad, rice, bread, coffee, etc., making it very satisfying. It seemed like most guests chose the Japanese set meal; I opted for the Western one and appreciated that freshly grilled sausages were brought to my table when they ran out initially. The Himi Udon noodles were also delicious! Parking is convenient if you arrive early enough—you can park on Hotel’s 1st floor or at the flat lot across from it. Even if those are full, the municipal parking isn’t too far away either. It was an excellent stay with great value for money and left me feeling very satisfied overall. The staff provided exceptionally pleasant service throughout my visit. Oh yes—the complimentary coffee service on the 1st floor is much appreciated! Because of this amenity, having only powdered tea in Room wasn’t an issue at all. Thank you very much!

The tatami Room was very relaxing, and I used the bath three times—each time I was able to enjoy it privately and at my own pace. Breakfast was also delicious, and I was very satisfied! Since I planned to arrive in Toyama early, it was convenient that there was an affordable 24-hour parking lot nearby. It’s also close to the station, and the front desk kindly told me that exiting from the back entrance is a little closer to the station, which I really appreciated.

Once again, the front desk, breakfast venue, and housekeeping staff provided pleasant and welcoming service. The Room was perfectly cleaned, the food was delicious, it’s close to the station, and yet the price is reasonable—an Accommodation we truly appreciate as guests. The warm hand towels and the lounge massage chairs are also a nice touch.

Spending time alone, I was able to relax in the calm, spacious Room—it was wonderful. I also enjoyed taking my time in the large public bath. The breakfast was especially delicious. Sushi in the morning? I wasn’t sure at first, but as a fish lover it was perfect! There were also plenty of seasonal dishes and local specialties. I even enjoyed dessert as well. I left feeling happy after such a great meal. This is one Hotel I’d love to visit again.

The bedroom, overall space, and the size of the bathroom and toilet were all excellent. The bed was spacious, the amenities were well stocked, and the location was perfect. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the station. We parked our camper van behind the property and used it as our parking spot.

Drink bar (including alcohol), ramen, ochazuke, and ice cream You don’t often find a Hotel with so many thoughtful extras. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Toyama.

I stayed here the night before visiting the Tateyama Alpine Route. Although I thought it might be an older Hotel, it was very clean, and its location near the tram station was excellent. I stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room, which was spacious and clean, making me very satisfied. I had meals near Toyama Station, so I didn’t use the dining facilities, but the atmosphere of the dining area seemed nice. The bath was also clean with a sauna available; I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

I stay here every time. This may have been specific to this Room, but the mattress was worn out and my back hurt a little. Also, the free breakfast is very good, but since it hardly changed over four days, I got a bit tired of it. Overall, though, I’m satisfied.

Anyway, the food was absolutely delicious. Trying firefly squid shabu-shabu for the first time and the white shrimp sashimi were outstanding. The Onsen was wonderfully warming, and my skin felt silky smooth afterward. I’d love to come again.

I had always been curious about this place whenever I visited Kansui Park, and this was my first time staying for two nights. The Room was simple and clean, and the bathroom area was also spotless, making my stay in Toyama very comfortable. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

Right in front of Toyama Station, with a Lawson convenience store next door and plenty of restaurants nearby, it was a very convenient location. The amenities were minimal but sufficient, and I appreciated the eco-friendly approach—since I usually bring my own items, it felt comfortable for me. As a new Facility, it was clean and pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay. The rain shower was also great, and it was convenient to be able to check how crowded the public bath was on the TV (I didn’t use it this time, but I’d definitely like to try it next time). If I had to mention one thing, the parking lot is a little far away, but I enjoyed walking there while browsing around the shopping mall, so it didn’t bother me.
