During a temporary trip back to Japan, I stayed here with my mother who lives in Japan to celebrate my own birthday. Although I did not return on my actual birthday, I was truly touched by the celebration you arranged. I was also deeply impressed by everyone’s wonderful hospitality—it was an unforgettable experience. I used the fitness facilities twice during my stay, and the pool and jacuzzi were very comfortable and relaxing. I also appreciated that sunscreen was provided. I had forgotten to apply it, so it was a big help. This Hotel had been one I had always dreamed of staying at “at least once in my lifetime,” but now it is a Hotel I want to return to again and again. On my next trip back to Japan, I would love to stay here again. My mother, who traveled with me, was also very happy. It felt like a meaningful way to show her appreciation. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this quiet Accommodation on a small hill called Izusan. The location is outstanding, overlooking the town of Atami and the calm sea. As I was traveling with my elderly mother, we made a Reservation for a Room with an open-air bath. We were told it was on the first floor of the guest building. Since there was no elevator from the second-floor lobby, we managed by using the stairs, and we truly appreciated that wheelchairs were prepared at both stair landings between the second and first floors. Without us even asking, they also brought a caregiving bath chair to our Room, as well as a chair to sit on when putting on shoes. The open-air bath in the Room had handrails, and the interior was flat throughout, so my mother felt safe and comfortable and was very pleased. We chose breakfast only, and it was delicious and very filling—fresh local vegetables, eggs, yogurt, and more. This became a rare and valuable Accommodation where I could stay together with my mother while caregiving. I would love to visit again.

As a treat for myself, I stayed at my beloved Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. Spending a relaxing Hotel stay while taking in views that felt like a heavenly sanctuary was the perfect way to refresh. In the room, they had prepared a fruit plate with a message, Mandarin Oriental blend tea, and cereal cookies. Together with the chocolates I received at check-in, I savored each one carefully. For both dinner and breakfast, I used in-room dining and was able to enjoy my meal and drinks at a leisurely pace. Wanting to enjoy Valentine’s cake and chocolates with my drinks, I bought a heart-shaped cheesecake and heart-shaped chocolates from the gourmet shop on the first floor—it made for such a happy night. In the morning, I chose the Japanese set breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful tableware and the many carefully prepared dishes. The “Thank you always” message fruit plate became a wonderful memory—I took lots of photos after my meal. I also got to enjoy my favorite spa twice: once at night with sparkling city views, and again early in the morning at sunrise. I was also able to unwind in the in-room bathtub with hinoki bath salts. During magic hour at dusk and dawn—and while admiring the glittering night view—I felt truly grateful to be alive, filled with happiness and abundance. Thanks to all of your staff who supported me throughout my stay, it became an unforgettable 2-day/1-night experience right up until the very end. Thank you so much for an exceptionally happy Hotel stay where I could spend such precious time!

I enjoyed exchanging witty jokes, and the warm and friendly atmosphere was incredibly comforting. Thanks to this, every day felt peaceful and enjoyable, allowing me to truly relax. On the final day, I even felt like personally greeting each staff member before leaving.

I had been interested in this Accommodation for some time, and this time we stayed to celebrate my son’s birthday. They took a family photo for us and showed thoughtful care in many ways. Thank you. I think this is an Accommodation where you can relax and enjoy delicious meals at a leisurely pace while having drinks. The timing of the meal service matched our eating pace perfectly. We also received warm, attentive service that made us feel very comfortable. I’m the type who likes to chat with the staff about the food and local area, and they kindly answered my questions, which made it a pleasure. We tried all of the baths. The views from the private open-air family baths on the 3rd and 5th floors were beautiful. Both the sunrise and sunset were wonderful. I would love to visit again when the autumn leaves are at their peak or when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

Our stay at Ginrinsou was truly enjoyable and deeply relaxing. The setting, rooms, meals, Onsen, and service were all excellent, leaving us with wonderful memories—we would choose it again.

It’s a wonderful place! I’d been wanting to visit for a long time, and when the price became very reasonable at the last minute, I decided immediately. Even though it was peak season, they kindly accommodated various sudden changes that would normally be impossible. They met us at the station on the day and even called my dog by name—such a warm welcome right away. The staff were all lovely and truly soothing. The Haagen-Dazs was a mini assortment, and the drinks were all-inclusive, which we gratefully enjoyed. The meals were also excellent, making great use of local ingredients. If I had to say one thing, I felt the dessert was just a bit childlike—but that’s part of its charm. After that, we enjoyed an oxygen capsule for the first time with our pet; the large public bath was spacious, and we fully enjoyed the sauna as well. The next morning’s breakfast also let us enjoy just the right amount with drinks and salad served buffet-style. Everything up to the Shuttle Service on our way back became a wonderful memory. Everyone was always so pleasant, and our whole family had a wonderful time—thank you very much. I used the large public bath twice this time and tried the cosmetics provided, and by the next day my dry skin felt smooth again. Also, while walking along Miyajima’s shopping street, I found the grilled oysters with various sauces sold at the storefronts to be delicious, so I would be happy if they could be offered at dinner as well.

I stayed here on White Day. The Hotel features many wooden elements, from the walls to the amenities, with a simple and calming design. The Room was very spacious, and I was able to relax comfortably. The top-floor infinity pool—one of the main reasons for my stay—had an even better view than I expected and felt wonderful. After getting chilled outside, you can warm up in the jacuzzi or mist sauna before heading back. It was a lovely Hotel that made me want to come again.
