We were looking for a dog-friendly Accommodation for a last-minute family trip and stayed here. It’s still a new Hotel, with that pleasant “new building” scent, and the Room with a private garden dog run was clean, odor-free, and very comfortable. We booked a Plan that included breakfast and use of the Onsen Facility. We were also able to have dinner at the restaurant in the Onsen Facility across from the Accommodation (on the day we stayed, we didn’t need a Reservation and could relax at a window seat where we watched the sun set into the sea). We ordered a variety of dishes—sashimi, chirashi sushi, tonkatsu, offal yaki-udon, salads, kamameshi rice—and there were plenty of other options as well. Everything tasted great and was truly delicious. I would have loved to be able to eat dinner in our Room together with our dog, but since that wasn’t possible I’m deducting one point for dining. The bath was not too hot—just the right temperature—and spacious enough to soak slowly and unwind. Our dog only uses grass for toileting, so having immediate access from the terrace to the dog run was incredibly helpful. All staff members were very kind. Because my mother has trouble with her legs and the low bed was difficult for her, we asked for advice and they kindly prepared an additional futon for us. Breakfast felt like a fun picnic-style meal; it was delicious and very filling. As others have mentioned in their comments, I can see what they mean about how narrow the entrance is… but it was fine even with a wheelchair. If we come back to this area again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here during a motorcycle touring trip. The meals were satisfying in both quantity and quality. The Onsen is a natural hot spring with free-flowing water, and I was informed that it gets hotter at night, so adjustments with cold water might be needed—proof of its authenticity. Thanks to the Onsen, I felt refreshed and ready to ride again the next day.

I was traveling solo and had made a Reservation for a single Room, but it turned out to be a twin Room. There were baths in each building, so I went around to three different locations and really enjoyed it. Even on my own, I never got bored and had a comfortable stay. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again.

This may be difficult to address as it involves the facilities, but it would be great if the partitions between tables in the dining room were movable. We stayed with a group of eight this time, but there was a fixed partition between two four-person tables, so even though the tables were next to each other, we ended up dining in separate spaces (four and four), which was a bit disappointing. On the service side, however, all of the staff were very polite and kind, making our stay comfortable. We would love to stay again if we have another opportunity.

We stayed as a group of four, including two preschool children. The cottage was very convenient with parking right in front! With the sea and a vast meadow stretching out before us, the view was stunning, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets and moonlit nights. The BBQ buffet dinner delighted the kids, the pool was perfectly sized for them, and the private beach allowed us to fully enjoy Okinawa. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

Mount Myogi rose like a folding screen, and the scenery was spectacular! The Hotel was clean, and the Onsen had great water. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, it wasn’t food I’d want to eat again... There are many sightseeing spots nearby, so we were able to stop by various places and had a very fulfilling trip.

This is a Hotel I stayed at with my daughter last autumn and completely fell in love with. This time, we were able to return again in spring sooner than expected. It felt like the wonderful hospitality from our previous stay had been taken to an even higher level. The staff who provided Shuttle Service, the staff who welcomed us, and the staff who spoke to us during our stay—everyone was so warm, and we truly felt relaxed from the bottom of our hearts. This time I visited with a friend who lives in the U.S., and she was also deeply impressed. We’re already saying, “Let’s definitely go again!” I’m also impressed by how deeply Terrace Hotels cares about Okinawa’s environment.

Thank you for hosting me on my solo trip. Last time I stayed in the center of Matsuyama and felt a bit unsettled, but this time I was very satisfied to be surrounded by nature.

It has a charming Showa-era feel in the best way. There’s also an arcade in a separate building, and everything is wonderfully retro. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The fishing spot is quite shallow and you can see the seabed, so I don’t think you’ll catch big fish, but depending on the time of day we were able to catch small horse mackerel. We’d love to visit again!

All the staff at the shuttle service, front desk, and restaurant were friendly, making for a very comfortable stay. The view from the room's window overlooked Kashikojima Island on the opposite shore. Although it was cloudy during our visit, the scenery was mystical and beautiful

The laundry facilities (4 washing machines at 300 yen each and 4 dryers at 100 yen per 10 minutes) were helpful during our slightly longer stay. There was also one microwave available, which was convenient for heating purchased food. There is a pool; while it’s somewhat shallow

This was my second stay after visiting for the first time last year. Some of this may repeat what I said before, but… It’s a wonderful Hotel. I’ve stayed at all the Shigira Resort properties, and this one is just as good as Shigira’s three flagship Hotels. The room rates are reasonable, the interior is spotless, and the design is stylish and luxurious! The background music—featuring Begin and others—creates an amazing Okinawan atmosphere. The hospitality toward guests is outstanding. All staff were pleasant, and the housekeeping team also greeted us warmly, which made us smile too. The staff at the shop on the first floor were also friendly; they had a great selection of items and stayed open late at night, which was very helpful. It was busy at night as well. We plan to stay at Mirage in summer. And next year, we definitely want to visit Please Bay Marina again. My wife also said that from a woman’s perspective it feels luxurious and beautiful, and she was very satisfied. The breakfast buffet is delicious too.

The Onsen was great, the Room was spacious, and dinner was a kaiseki meal with an all-you-can-drink plan—everything was excellent. I’d love to visit again.

Every year, I stay here during a quieter season and also look forward to enjoying the drive, and this year I was able to relax again. There is no TV, so it’s a great Hotel for getting through a book or taking time to think.

A slideshow detailing Alpine Route development history alongside this Hotel’s legacy enriches your understanding of its heritage—a truly remarkable experience worth revisiting. However one concern arose: foreign staff members (likely due to labor shortages) repeatedly asked about rice/miso soup service within an hour into all-you-can-drink time despite good intentions perhaps miscommunicated; additionally simultaneous ignition between ceramic grill & sukiyaki caused rushed dining leading towards cooled dishes felt disappointing amidst otherwise flawless classic Hotel excellence!
