The accommodation is excellent in every aspect, including location and facilities. They promptly and attentively handled changes to the number of guests for a multiple night stay via email, making our stay very comfortable. I would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you!

Conveniently located near the station, directly connected to Amu Plaza East Exit and the underground of Amu Plaza West Exit, and within a short distance to the supermarket in the basement of Amu Plaza East. A convenience store is just one block away. The kitchen includes one pot, one frying pan, a two-burner IH stove, a medium-sized refrigerator, and a microwave. There are also enough dishes and chopsticks for basic use. However, small soy sauce plates or additional tableware might be needed for larger groups or more elaborate cooking. Rice bowls are not provided. The spacious Room for four was very comfortable when used by two people. It would have been nice to have room wear available even if not provided for every night of stay. The pinch hanger was appreciated as well as having an in-room washing machine. The bathroom dryer was impressive—it dried thick fabrics like pants overnight! The bathroom is spacious with a separate toilet area, which is convenient too. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you prefer dining out instead of cooking yourself; however, having a kitchen adds great convenience overall. Wifi worked well throughout our stay, and there’s an affordable car rental shop nearby too! Using Amazon Fire Stick allowed access to Netflix, YouTube, AbemaTV on the TV screen seamlessly—very enjoyable entertainment options during downtime! Entry into the Room via passcode felt more convenient than managing just one key; unmanned check-in with operator support also added peace of mind during arrival procedures.Overall—a very comfortable experience!
