Oarai Hotel ANNEX Gyokurian

Right next to Oarai Isosaki Shrine, and you can clearly see the torii gate from the large Room window!I woke up just before sunrise and, without feeling cold, was able to relax in the Room and watch the scenery change.That’s everything for me. I’m completely satisfied.The Room was clean as well. There is no elevator, so it might be tough if you have a lot of luggage, but I had no complaints at all.You can also use the large public bath at the nearby Oarai Hotel.Meals are breakfast only, but it was served on a plate and the portion was plenty—very good.

The Hotel is right in front of Isomae Shrine, so you can see the torii gate in the sea from your Room and from the lobby. Free coffee and other drinks are available in the lobby.The lobby also serves as the breakfast venue, so you can enjoy your meal while looking at the torii gate. Breakfast is a simple buffet. It’s not especially luxurious, but it’s tasty enough and satisfying.Dinner is not available, but we go out to eat at night, so it wasn’t a problem at all.The Room has been renovated, felt new, and was clean.There is no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs.There is no large public bath on site, so we went to use one at the nearby sister property, Oarai Hotel.It might be a bit tough on rainy days or in midwinter, but otherwise it’s not too far and didn’t feel like a burden.For such an affordable price with these conditions, we were very satisfied with our stay.We would like to stay again.
