La Campagne Hotel Fukagawa

The staff are kind as well. When the water pressure in the Room toilet was low, I used the lobby restroom. It was around the time breakfast was changing from steamed dishes to a curry buffet, but I enjoyed both. Although the Room is old, it is clean, so it feels relaxing. I will stay here again.

I stayed over the three-day holiday weekend in March. The building feels a bit old-fashioned, but it was well cleaned and I had a comfortable stay. The bathroom is a typical unit bath, but it didn’t feel particularly small.When I checked in late (10:00 PM), there were no other guests around, and one staff member was on duty. They were very polite and pleasant.A welcome drink was offered, with several options such as coffee. When I mentioned that I arrived by train, they showed me not only the Rumoi Main Line station diorama on the first floor, but also the Fukami Line station diorama on the second floor.I imagine local Hotels have a hard time attracting guests, but this is one of the few Hotels around Fukagawa Station with such good service, so I hope they keep up the great work.
