Phoenix Park Hotel

For the past few years, I’ve been staying at the Phoenix Park Hotel whenever I visit Nago. Before that, I used other Accommodations as well. This Hotel is quiet, and 21st Century Forest Park (the beach) is just across the road—an excellent location, with a Starbucks also set to open on the beachside in mid-April 2026. The number of parking spaces in front of the Hotel is limited, but there is plenty of parking on adjacent lots (three locations within a 30-second to 2-minute walk), so it’s not an issue. There’s also a Seven-Eleven within a short walk (under 5 minutes). Emerald, a pasta & pizza place right near the Hotel, is delicious, serves generous portions, and offers reasonable prices. I plan to stay here again next time.

Compact, but equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff’s hospitality was pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay. However, it’s a bit far from convenience stores and restaurants, so in winter or bad weather it can be difficult to prepare breakfast. It would be helpful if breakfast could be offered as an option, even by Reservation only up to the day before. I also used the free washing machine and dryer. As others have mentioned, you exit the guest room building via an emergency staircase where wind and rain can blow in from outside. I understand this is to keep the rooms quiet, but extra care is needed when going back and forth during severe weather.It has an outstanding location that few Accommodations can match. Given that, it seems reasonable that prices may be higher during event periods.
