I stayed here after a live concert.The Facility was clean, and the service was polite and great.The staff seemed busy, but they explained everything I asked without showing any annoyance.I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay.However, late at night I was surprised by some Chinese guests talking loudly and making a lot of noise.Maybe it’s a cultural difference.But the Hotel itself was really wonderful.Thank you very much.

I stayed at Chubu Centrair International Airport for one night as my flight, which was reasonably priced, arrived late at night before attending a fan meeting. The sleeping area, locker room, shower room, and restroom were all conveniently located on the first floor, making it easy to navigate. Towels and shampoo/conditioner were also provided. However, I have a fear of heights, so having the upper bunk bed was a bit challenging for me. If I visit Nagoya again in the future, I would like to stay here but would prefer a lower bunk bed. Additionally, since there is no coin laundry available, bringing extra clothes is necessary. Lastly, as it was my first time using this facility and I wasn’t familiar with the stay duration settings, I’ll make sure to check the time details carefully next time!
