Yumoto no Sho Yume Hotaru

It takes about two hours after getting off the expressway to reach this Onsen town.It’s quiet, yet the baths have excellent water quality, and the meals were delicious—fresh, crisp sashimi and more.The food was so lavish you’d never guess it was the cheapest meal Plan.All of the staff were courteous and welcoming, always with a smile.On our Amakusa trip, we’re glad we chose this Accommodation.We had a wonderful day.

I used this trip as a gift for my parents.\nIt was our first family trip together, and we were really looking forward to it. However, when we entered the Room, I opened the refrigerator because we had items we wanted to chill, and there was a half-finished bottle of tea inside. That made me feel disappointed right from the start, as it seemed the Room hadn’t been cleaned properly. I felt like telling the front desk, but I didn’t want to feel any worse, so I held back.\nAfter that I started noticing other things—there was quite a bit of grime on the window frames as well, possibly fingerprints—which left me disappointed again.\nThe Onsen water was silky and absolutely wonderful.\nThe meals were more than enough in quantity, but since we couldn’t finish everything, I would have preferred slightly smaller portions with improved quality.\nThe service from a man who seemed to be the manager was good. Among the other female staff members, there were noticeable differences—some were kind and helpful, while others were not.
