Kanazawa Central Hotel East Wing

Because we had a Child Sharing Existing Bedding, we confirmed breakfast fees and other details in advance. When we arrived, there were some differences from what we had been told, but the staff immediately acknowledged the miscommunication and responded very politely with a sincere apology. Their honest and considerate handling was so thorough that it made us feel almost sorry.Also, when going out and returning to the Hotel, we were greeted with pleasant “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made the atmosphere feel warm.The building itself feels a bit old in places, but there is also a bath, so we were able to relax. I think this is more than made up for by the staff’s attentive service.

The bath was small, but we had a very satisfying stay.The Room was clean!We will stay again.
