Hakone Gora Onsen Hotel Kasansui

After a full day of sightseeing, we arrived early at the nearest station and called to request a pickup. They responded immediately and took us to the Accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and staff with cheerful voices. With only about 10 Rooms, it was a calm, soothing hidden retreat. We relaxed in the bath, and for us as a couple, the meal—served in small dishes—was more than enough. The stay itself was truly a “5,” and we were especially happy with the thoughtful care from all the staff. The other guests were also quiet and pleasant, so we could genuinely unwind both physically and mentally. An Accommodation is “the ultimate place to heal travel fatigue,” and although various things happened on this trip, they gave us a wonderful time that made everything feel simply “It was great!” As an aside, we even enjoyed Onsen table tennis together for the first time in ages, pushing our aging bodies a bit.We are simply grateful—truly grateful—to everyone at the Ryokan.If we have another chance, we would love to stay again.

I stayed with my elderly mother and sister, and we were very satisfied with the courteous service. The hot spring was very relaxing. My mother said it became a memorable experience that she could cherish even after returning home.
