Hadano Yugawara Onsen Manyo no Yu

Because our hiking meetup the next morning was early, we stayed the night before. I’m glad we were able to make a Reservation. The large public bath was very spacious, with plenty of amenities, and there were various hair dryers available (Panasonic, Dyson, etc.), which made it convenient to use. There were also four complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator, which was very helpful. It would have been nice if there had been a note saying they were free to drink. I’m glad a Japanese-style Room was available. However, perhaps because there is a smoking room on the 4th floor, the entire floor smelled of cigarettes, and it bothered me from when I got off the elevator all the way to my Room. We stayed on Thursday, and I felt it would have been even better if there had been a more affordable Plan. The staff member at the dining area on the 2nd floor also assisted us politely, so overall we were mostly satisfied.

This was my first time staying here, and the Facility was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, making it a very enjoyable vacation. The food was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. I stayed in a DX Cabin, which had enough space for one person. However, the lighting was only above the desk and bed, so it felt quite dim overall. On the same floor, there were restrooms with sinks, a smoking area, and laundry facilities available. Even without these in the Room itself, I didn’t find it inconvenient at all. The Facility exceeded my expectations with its amenities; next time I’d like to enjoy things like massages or drinks even more.As mentioned in other Reviews, perhaps due to the cabin's structure, vibrations and noise were quite noticeable—I woke up several times during the night from doors opening and closing loudly. Additionally, during this season specifically, temperature control seemed tricky; it felt cold when going to bed but then got suddenly warm (likely due to heating turning on) before becoming cold again later at night. Because of this issue with comfort during sleep—minus 1 star.I would love to visit again!
