Hotel Route-Inn Tokyo Ikebukuro

This is an excellent Business Hotel, including the location. It doesn’t feel particularly old within reasonable expectations. For this price, the Room, the bed, and the delicious breakfast are all great—and the staff’s smiles and service are truly wonderful. I accidentally damaged an item in the Room and paid for it in the morning. Even after that, they continued to treat me kindly with a smile and even offered to lend me alternative amenities... I’m very sorry. Thank you very much. (Hotel Route-Inn Ikebukuro is definitely a great Hotel!! I also stay at city hotels. If you can’t be satisfied at this price point, I recommend a city hotel or a Business Hotel that costs twice as much.)

Thank you very much for accommodating us so we didn’t have to change Rooms—it was a great help.The service where we could receive alcohol from the vending machine even without Room cleaning was also nice!The twice-cooked pork at breakfast was delicious.We stayed for three nights and requested various things such as a late checkout extension and courier service, and everyone at the front desk was very helpful.
