Hotel Green Arbor

We searched for an affordable triple Room and chose this place (a semi-double bed and a sofa bed).From Sendai Station, it was only 120 yen by bus.Check-in is self-service via a machine, but the staff guided us from behind the counter step by step (“Next, please do this…”), so it felt almost the same as in-person check-in, which made me laugh.The Room was more spacious than I expected and very comfortable.I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells.Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, it felt a bit warm at times, and even when I wanted to let in some fresh air, the windows wouldn’t open…That was a little disappointing (though I understand it’s for safety).There were enough power outlets, so it wasn’t an issue even with three people.Some Reviews say the unit bath is small, but for a Business Hotel I think that’s about normal.Personally, I was satisfied because the shower water pressure was decent.I’d like to stay here again when I visit Sendai.Thank you very much.

During the night check-in, a foreign staff member assisted us and provided very detailed guidance on how to use the laundry facilities, which was very helpful. In the morning, we were attended by a Japanese staff member who was pleasant and very kind. Thank you.The amenities include all the basics, but for this price range, I honestly expected a bit more, so I rated it 3 stars.The bathtub is quite narrow in width, and I found it bothersome that even slight air pressure caused the shower curtain to stick to my skin. For this reason, I rated it 2 stars.The bed's springs are soft and comfortable; the Room's air conditioning allows proper temperature adjustment; and having unlimited access to a coffee machine 24/7 (placed near the front desk where it's less likely to be tampered with) was excellent. This Hotel will definitely be one of my options for my next stay in Sendai.
