    Please replace the bidet toilet seat.

    I stay here every year for the Hanakae Festival. Perhaps because more competing hotels have opened, it may not be good news for the Hotel, but over the past couple of years I’ve been grateful that I haven’t had to use a paid parking lot. Regarding what I mentioned in the title: the toilet in the men’s bath on the second floor has a warm-water bidet seat (maybe the type used since opening?), and since last year it suddenly restarts while in use, making it practically unusable. It’s disappointing that this has been left unattended for over a year. Please replace it with a TOTO unit. Also, a competing Hotel that opened near Heiwado seems to have secured parking even at locations that require quite a walk. I don’t mind if cars parked on-site are charged as well; I would like you to use those fees to help cover parking costs for cars parked off-site. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

    The women's bath was...

    The women's bath was too small, and even when the barcode indicated "Available," I had to wait for a turn at the washing area. The size of the bath made me wonder if this Hotel is primarily designed for men. Breakfast was delicious, but they served white bread first, and I wished I could have chosen other types of bread. The pre-served portions on the plate were too much, leaving me full with items I didn't want to eat, which felt unpleasant. It seemed like they hadn't considered portions suitable for women either. I don't think I'll visit again.

    Conveniently located, clean, and affordable.

    The staff's smiles are wonderful, and they are very kind. The breakfast is delicious and generously portioned.

    We stayed in a twin ...

    We stayed in a twin room as a couple. The Facility and services were good, but having only one room key was slightly inconvenient. Since the key also functions as the lighting control, it was inconvenient when one person needed to go out alone without the key. The large public bath and complimentary ramen service were very much appreciated.

    Delicious breakfast

    Thank you for your hospitality! The slightly spacious Room 515 allowed me to relax comfortably at night. The late-night ramen and the Japanese-style breakfast were excellent! The small melon bread I had as dessert was incredibly delicious, and I ended up eating four of them... Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    It was nice to have a relaxing stay.

    The room and bath were clean and allowed for a relaxing stay. The women's bath felt a bit small to be called a large bath, but the men's bath was as spacious as shown in the photos and had a sauna, which was satisfying. I was pleased to find Sekkisei among the selectable amenities. For breakfast, we could choose between Japanese and Western styles, and since we stayed for two nights, we were able to try both. Although it was a set meal style, the salad, rice, bread, yogurt, and natto were available buffet-style, which I found fulfilling. We talked about wanting to try the ramen for a late-night snack, but the timing didn't work out, or we weren't hungry enough at that time, so we hope to try it next time. We would like to stay again. (I apologize for any inconvenience caused by having to change the reservation multiple times due to our uncertain New Year's plans. Thank you very much.)

    Free late-night ramen

    Check-in is at 2 PM, which is early. They accommodated us even earlier once everything was ready, which was very helpful. It was my first time having free ramen as a late-night snack, and it was soy sauce flavored and quite palatable. It's available from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM, but if you go at 9:30 PM, there is quite a line, so I recommend going about 10 minutes earlier.

    The facility is clean.

    I stayed for one night for sightseeing in Tsuruga. The front desk staff were all pleasant, and the interior, room, and large bath were neatly organized and comfortable to use. However, the air conditioner in the room had a moldy smell... but it was humid and hot without it, so I dealt with it by running the air purifier at full capacity. The large bath is small, but it wasn't crowded, so I could relax. Also, the hair dryer's airflow was sufficient, which was helpful. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Cleaning

    The room is dirty. I would like them to clean more thoroughly. The toilet is dirty, and the dust next to the refrigerator and air purifier is noticeable.
