Oarai Hotel

This was my first time staying here. I made a Reservation in the East Wing, and the Room was very new and clean, which I really appreciated. With the all-inclusive plan, I enjoyed a truly luxurious stay. The selection of drinks was satisfying, and there were so many buffet options that it was impossible to try everything. The staff were all kind and helpful. Although the weather wasn’t great, I was able to fully enjoy my time at the Hotel, and there were even a few sunny breaks the next morning so I could take a short walk outside. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay!!

I stayed in the East Wing for one night to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was our first visit, and during dinner, we were surprised with a celebratory cake and a photo session. The cake came with a message plate, and the photo was placed in a frame and handed to us at checkout. My wife was delighted by this unexpected surprise—thank you so much!The room had an ocean view, and watching the sunrise was truly breathtaking and beautiful. The wooden flooring felt great underfoot, and the indirect lighting across the walls as well as the placement of outlets and switches were thoughtfully designed for convenience, making it easy to charge devices like smartphones. We had a very comfortable stay. Additionally, public spaces such as restaurants were beautifully designed with excellent aesthetics.Above all else, I was deeply impressed by the attentiveness and kindness of all Hotel staff members—it made this trip truly memorable.One small point: on the 9th floor of the East Wing where there is an observation bathhouse, I found that the shower water pressure was low, which was slightly disappointing. I assume this is due to limited water pressure from rooftop pipes given its location on the top floor; perhaps adding a pump system specifically for 8th-floor lines could improve this issue further. Because of this minor inconvenience, I rated it 4 stars instead of 5; however overall it’s an excellent Hotel that left me very satisfied! I would definitely love to stay here again!
