This was the first Hotel where we could enjoy sunrise, sunset, and the night view over the peninsula from our Room. On top of that, the staff’s thoughtfulness was reflected in everything—the spotless cleanliness of the Room, the variety and arrangement of amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator. It was simply outstanding.Communicating with the staff and manager was truly comforting, and they were so considerate with the Shuttle Service that we almost felt bad. Even a small comment would be met with “How about this?” as they did everything possible beyond any manual—so much so that we felt we shouldn’t casually mention anything.When we told them it was to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and new job, they created unforgettable memories for us with a handmade bouquet and a champagne toast. Our daughter kept saying to both the staff—and even on our flight home—that she would work hard and definitely come back again. It seems this Accommodation has become a goal for her.There is still so much more I can’t fit here, but among all the Hotels we have stayed at, this became our very best Accommodation. It was a warm place where you could truly feel everyone working together to think about how to make guests happy. Thank you very much. We will be back again.

This Hotel offered a wide variety of baths, including a large public bath, private baths, a sand steam bath, and a stone sauna.The view from the large public bath was wonderful, and since the windows could be opened, I felt like I could soak forever while enjoying the fresh air. The water was free-flowing and of excellent quality; it left my skin feeling soft and moisturized—absolutely amazing.The private baths were also free-flowing Onsen, with both a rock bath and a cypress bath. I tried both; although they were slightly small, they had an open feel with views of the sky and trees. These Onsen were outstanding as well.There was also a bathtub on the Room’s balcony, filled with Onsen water. Being able to bathe whenever I wanted was incredibly comfortable.The view from the Room was spectacular, and both the sunset glow and sunrise were beautiful. In particular, watching the sun rise while soaking in that tub made me feel truly happy.Since I stayed for two nights, I enjoyed both French cuisine and Japanese cuisine, and both were genuinely delicious.All of the ingredients—vegetables, fish, meat, and more sourced in Kagoshima—were excellent. I was impressed until the very last bite by each dish’s delicate seasoning and presentation.Most of all, thanks to everyone at the Hotel for their thoughtful hospitality: as a solo traveler, they spoke to me kindly, which made it possible to enjoy my meals while having pleasant conversations. That meant so much to me.It’s truly an exceptional Hotel. I’d love to visit again!Thank you very much!!
