Ryotei Kaiseki Notoya

I stayed here last September and had such a wonderful experience that I returned this time with the simple plan of visiting Notoya again. I stayed in the same Room as before, with an open-air bath, and was able to relax and enjoy the Onsen at my leisure. Of course, I also used the large public bath. The water quality was excellent, and I was very satisfied. The meals were true to their name—kaiseki cuisine—and everything was delicious. All of the staff, including our attendant, were very kind, and I was extremely satisfied overall. One small disappointment was that the attendant who looked after us last time had retired due to her age, so I couldn’t see her again. However, our attendant this time knew her well, which put me at ease. I would like to visit again in the future, and I appreciate your continued hospitality then as well. Thank you very much. We visited from the Kanto area. The Room was very clean, as if it had been renovated (Hana Wing). The Room has an open-air bath, so you can enjoy it anytime, morning or night. Maybe thanks to the Onsen’s benefits, my skin became incredibly smooth. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and I was happy that the side dishes were different at both breakfast and dinner each time. Ishikawa rice is delicious—I enjoyed it so much that I had seconds twice. We were very satisfied. This trip was our honeymoon. Thank you for giving my husband and me such a wonderful time. We would love to visit again.
