This was the best accommodation experience I have ever had. The staff's service was excellent, infection control measures were still properly in place, the room was clean and user-friendly, and the breakfast menu varied each day. Everything made my stay very pleasant. I would love to make a reservation and stay here again next time.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and it was very comfortable—close to the station with convenience stores nearby. The Hotel was clean, and the front desk staff were polite and excellent. The laundry room was a bit dusty, but otherwise my stay was comfortable.

This was my first time staying at Super Hotel, and I’m already considering a repeat visit. I waited in the lounge on the first floor until 3 PM while enjoying a welcome drink. The variety of drinks was impressive, and the bright café-like atmosphere was so comfortable that even when I was invited to my room, I thought, "I could stay here a bit longer." The ladies' floor is secured with a passcode system, providing peace of mind. The public bath for women may be more compact compared to the men's but still very comfortable with excellent water quality. There’s an all-in-one gel available at the dressing area. At first, I thought there were no pajamas in the Room, but later realized they are self-service from under the pillow selection shelf near the elevator. You can choose between S size and free size. It’s something I assumed would be in the Room by default! For amenities, you can select five items per night from their original collection—there are so many options that it’s hard to decide! Since it was just a one-night stay and I wanted to pack light, this service was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Recently, many hotels seem to have firm beds; however, this bed had a soft mattress pad similar to futons—it wasn’t cold when sleeping and allowed me to rest deeply through the night. Breakfast offered balanced options with a DIY café plate style that tasted delicious! All staff members left a positive impression; this is definitely a Hotel where even solo female travelers can feel safe staying overnight.

The staff who assisted us were very friendly and easy to talk to, and although our stay was short, we were very satisfied. It’s a shame we couldn’t have the curry dinner due to our schedule—if it were available in the morning too, that would be wonderful (just a wish!). In any case, the Room was clean, and we had a great time.

The property was clean throughout, and since the guest rooms are designed for guests to remove their shoes, we felt comfortable staying with a small child. The bathroom in particular was meticulously cleaned down to the smallest details, making it very pleasant to use. Check-in via the machine was smooth, which helped us settle in without any stress after arrival. We also really appreciated that diapers were available as amenities—this was especially helpful when traveling with a child. Breakfast featured local ingredients, and even the desserts were delicious. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with thoughtful attention to detail.

This was my first stay. Since the Room had been newly renovated, everything—including the bathroom facilities—was clean, spotless, and comfortable. The Room felt perfectly cozy and easy to relax in, and not only were the colors and interior stylish, but the spacious bathroom and vanity area were also very comfortable. I also had breakfast, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety—from stylish Greek yogurt and acai options to a seafood rice bowl. I’d love to make another Reservation!

This was my first stay. I was shown to a Room on the top floor, and I could see both the Shinkansen and Mt. Fuji. Since I don’t usually get to see them, I was really excited. The Room was also clean, and I had a very fulfilling time. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Used for a business trip. It’s a bit far from the station, but you can walk there. There is an AEON Mall nearby, so shopping is convenient. The large public bath is spacious and nice. The Room was clean. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I was satisfied.

I stayed here the night before my child's exam. The desk and light were fully equipped, making it easy to study until bedtime. The Room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast at Denny's was also delicious.

The Facility itself is a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean, so the stay was comfortable. Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping was friendly and welcoming with a smile. Breakfast (Michela) was great—the fluffy omelet made right in front of you was delicious. There was also a wide variety of bread, and the Chinese-style rice porridge was very tasty. The Amaou strawberry parfait at the café (Lamora) was also excellent. The location goes without saying: right by the station, with Isetan, PARCO, and a shopping street nearby—lively and convenient for exploring on foot. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

It’s conveniently located just a short walk from Urawa Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied. Having breakfast on the top floor while looking out over the city of Urawa felt wonderful. If I come to Urawa again, I will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at many Business Hotels, and this one is truly high quality. The service is excellent as well. It’s on par with well-known Business Hotels. It was the first time in a while that I found a real gem of a Hotel.

I have stayed at this Hotel several times. The location is convenient, and I have been very satisfied. However, there is quite a large step (about 25 cm) between the bathroom and the guest room. From an accessibility standpoint, it feels a bit outdated. It would be helpful if you could provide a simple step stool or similar.

Unlike other Smile Hotels, it had a homely atmosphere with various thoughtful touches, which was great. Both the station and convenience store are nearby, making it ideal for a short stay. It's only 30 minutes to Tokyo Station, so I felt the cost-performance was better than hotels in the city. It was worth more than its price.

I stayed for two nights during an overseas trip. It was very convenient for traveling from Minami-Urawa to Narita, and I really liked that it was close to the station. The staff were also very helpful, and I would like to stay again. Thank you.

Since I checked in at night and checked out early in the morning, it was very convenient that the property is close to the station and easy to find. I plan to stay again in September.

Hotels come in many different classes, but this Hotel offers excellent value for the price in terms of location and overall quality, so satisfaction is high. It is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

I interacted with a total of three front desk staff members, and all of them provided very courteous service. When I first saw the exterior, I wondered if I had made a mistake, but the inside was well cleaned and spotless. Although I stayed in a single room, it felt more spacious than other chain Hotels. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
