Shirotsuka Station × Highly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

We reserved two adjacent Rooms for our family. We’ve stayed at many Business Hotels, but the Onsen here is excellent—and the sauna is great too! The staff’s phone support during the Reservation process was among the best we’ve experienced at a Business Hotel. Breakfast was reasonably priced and satisfying. Also, the free coffee was great!!

The rooms are compact yet clean, and the shared Facility is also highly satisfying. I consider this a consistently reliable Hotel. I will use it again.

I stayed in a twin Room. As the title suggests, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The floor was not carpeted but had a tatami-style design, allowing me to relax without shoes. The only downside was the lack of a large public bath like nearby Hotels, but the Room was quiet, the Wi-Fi connection was strong, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again next time.

Although living in Aichi Prefecture, my husband played golf with his university friends in Tsu, and since my parents' home is also in Tsu, we decided to book a hotel near Tsu Station this year instead of staying at my parents' house. We enjoyed exploring the nostalgic streets of Tsu by bike. There are many Business Hotels around Tsu Station, and since we had our car, even slightly inconvenient locations were not an issue. However, we chose this accommodation because it offered free parking, a large public bath, and breakfast service—all at a great value. Except for the front desk staff being somewhat formal without much of a smile (not rude by any means), everything about the Hotel was perfect. As my elderly parents have different daily routines now, I would definitely like to stay here again if I have another opportunity to visit Tsu in the future. My husband also mentioned that he plans to visit Mie University frequently moving forward and would consider this accommodation as his first choice for overnight business trips. Thank you very much!

I stayed here to visit Ise Jingu. The location is about halfway between Nagoya and Ise Jingu, making it more convenient than traveling directly from Nagoya to Ise. The Facility felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. Being right next to Tsu Station was also a great advantage. All the staff, including those at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming, which made me happy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious.

The location and services were great, but the only downside was that the connecting path between the annex and the main building was outdoors. Since it was a cold day when I stayed, I had to walk through the outdoor path to reach the men's public bath in the main building from the annex, which was especially disappointing due to bad weather.

Thank you for hosting us during our golf trip. Great value for money, excellent location, and a delicious breakfast made our stay truly satisfying. We would love to stay here again!
