Kamogawa Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles, and we enjoyed welcome donuts, soft-serve ice cream, and drinks—such a pleasant start to our stay. The room was clean, bright, and stylish, and we were able to relax. There is no large public bath in this Hotel, so we used the large public bath at a sister Hotel about a 5-minute drive away for free. The Onsen water is alkaline; after bathing we felt warm and our skin was smooth—it was wonderful. The next morning we went early to the breakfast venue, but everything was already fully prepared. The staff also brought freshly made pizza, French toast, and Sanuki udon directly to our table. Everything was delicious and very filling. Items like macaroni salad and rolled omelet were homemade and truly tasty (I think most of the menu is homemade). It was a stay that made me strongly want to come back next time with my family.

After the renovation, it’s become even better! The open-air bath, the post-bath refreshment room, and the scenic-view area are all wonderful. Even the small details stand out—like the ReFa shower heads in the bath. The furniture is stylish, and of course we were completely satisfied with the meals as well! We will definitely come again.

Although we stayed for only one night, it was a spacious and comfortable Hotel. The Room we stayed in afterward was a family room, and we found toys. Our son was thrilled. It also came with a tent, and he had so much fun that he was sad to say goodbye to the Room at the end and even cried.

This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and it was clean and the breakfast was satisfying. I’m looking forward to staying at a different AZ Hotel next time!

I stayed here the night before to participate in the Kagawa Marathon. A complimentary voucher for the adjacent Onsen was included, and the Room was clean, so I was very satisfied. I’d love to stay here again!

I stayed for two nights on business. There’s a 7-Eleven on the property, which was super convenient. The building and Rooms have been renovated and were very clean. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby (bean-to-cup), and you can take it back to your Room—it was delicious. Breakfast was included; I wasn’t expecting much, but it was generous and felt like a great value. I didn’t have time to use the Onsen, but I’d like to next time. On the second night, I chose eco cleaning and received two complimentary drinks. Since eco cleaning is fine with me anyway, I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

I use this place for both personal and business trips. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so I recommend buying what you need before check-in. This time they had a new bento option, so I tried the beef pilaf instead of the usual chicken—both are equally delicious. I’d definitely like to stay here again if I have the chance.

This was my second stay, and I had another comfortable experience. I also enjoyed the free curry, which was delicious. The parking lot is spacious. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Kagawa next time.

I stayed during the three-day weekend before Obon, and my satisfaction with the accommodation was high. If I may be a bit indulgent, there was only a shower, so having a bathtub would have been great to fully relieve travel fatigue. Also, the road in front of the accommodation was very narrow, making it challenging to drive in, but I think that became a good memory as well. I would consider staying here again when visiting Shikoku.

Overall, I thought it was very good. Points for improvement: I would like a closet to be installed on the second floor as well. The closet is being used as a large linen room, but is it really necessary to store so many towels? I didn't notice the closet for hanging clothes on the first floor at all until I was about to leave. The flush of the toilet seems to be weak.

It was our first time staying here, and it was a wonderful home. The Facility was well equipped. The amenities were plentiful. We truly appreciated the owner’s thoughtful hospitality. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

It was an accommodation with exceptional hospitality. They were flexible even when we checked in late. During this season, fireflies seem to be flying around, and we were taken to see them at night, which was a precious experience. The room retained a nostalgic atmosphere while being renovated and very clean. In the morning, we visited a nearby udon restaurant, but before checking out, they made us coffee, making the entire stay fulfilling and highly satisfying.

Stayed for work. Stayed for 3 nights. It's not a new hotel, but the room is kept clean. The bed is comfortable, and there is an additional clothes hanger in the room, which is appreciated by those on a multiple night stay. The view from the room is nice, and the staff's service is good, making me want to use it again.

I stayed in this room for one night after watching a late show at AEON Mall Ayagawa. It is conveniently located, just a 9-minute walk from AEON. The hotel seems to consist of two rooms on the second floor of an apartment or condominium. It operates entirely unmanned, and you enter the room by inputting a passkey. The interior felt like a unit in an apartment, and above all, it was very spacious. The only minor issue was that the air conditioner's remote control had poor sensitivity and needed to be pointed directly at the unit to work properly. Other than that, I had no complaints! The bathroom and toilet were separate, there was also a sink area, a tatami space, and a bedroom with four beds lined up. For solo accommodation, it was more than spacious enough. Although meals were not provided, there was a ¥1,000 voucher placed on the living room table as a kind gesture—very thoughtful! If I have another reason to visit Ayagawa in the future, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I stay here every time I visit Shikoku, and I don’t really have any complaints! Since it used to be a love hotel, the bathroom and toilet are separate. The TV feels a bit small for the size of the Room, but the price is low so it doesn’t bother me. There are restaurants nearby. A convenience store is about a 5-minute drive away, but it’s a bit far on foot, so it might be best to shop before check-in.
