The Room was step-free and very comfortable. The amenities were Sekkisei and Stephen Knoll, and both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa—everything was excellent. The compact size of the Room also felt cozy, and since the shower nozzle and bathtub faucet were separate, I could fill the tub while showering. The bathtub was a very comfortable size as well. A Hotel in a great location near the station and convenient for going out for drinks in Noge!! I will definitely stay again.

There is an excellent coffee machine in the lobby, but I would be very pleased if there were also a capsule-type coffee machine (such as UCC or Nescafé) in the Room. I would appreciate it if you could consider this.

I stayed here for a live show at K-Arena. It’s two stops from the venue, and if the weather is nice, biking there is also a good option. The Room itself is compact, but the design is cute, and it has bunk beds—something you don’t often see in a Hotel—which made it really fun. On the first floor there’s a large public bath and sauna, open at night and in the morning. The TV in the Room can stream YouTube and more. Overall, everything felt very clean, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you!

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay at my favorite Hotel. This time, we stayed as a family to enjoy dining at OZIO, and the Hotel itself is truly outstanding. A holiday spent at the Hotel is the happiest time for me. I’ll work hard while looking forward to coming back (lol). We look forward to staying with you again next time.

We stayed here for my daughter’s entrance exam. I asked the female front desk staff about the trains on the exam day, and I was happy with how kindly and thoroughly she explained everything. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels, amenities, and in-room items—great value for the price. It’s close to the station, with a convenience store right next door and many restaurants nearby, so next time we stay I’d like to enjoy a good meal in the area as well. We will stay again.

Excellent value for money. It has all the essential services you need. Close to the station, with a 7-Eleven nearby. Yokohama and Sakuragicho are within walking distance. There are restaurants open late at night. K-Arena and Pia Arena are also within walking distance. With a great location and self-service check-in, you can stay contact-free. Highly recommended.

I’m enjoying a Hotel staycation. I like room service. When I happened to look down, there was a message. I was surprised and happy. I’ll be going on another Hotel staycation again. Everyone, please take care of yourselves!

I stayed for one night on March 21. Both the exterior and interior were very clean and beautiful, and the front desk staff were courteous and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. I stayed in a Room on the 15th floor, and the view from the window was wonderful—I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Yokohama. In addition, they prepared a cake as a birthday surprise, and I was truly touched by their thoughtful attention to detail. The amenities were also excellent. I was very satisfied with breakfast as well. Everything—from the French toast to the cheese and curry—suited my taste, and I ended up eating until I was completely full. The French toast ran out quickly, so I would be even happier if there were a bit more available. As for check-out, my Plan allowed me to stay until 12:00 p.m., so I was able to relax throughout my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely like to stay again.

I have stayed at GATE HOTEL in Ginza, Asakusa, and Ryogoku before, and once again I had a very comfortable stay this time. As expected, the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh vegetables and creative seasoning that showed real care and good taste. What stood out most was how practical and well-designed the Room was. Many Hotels have some small inconveniences or things that feel lacking, but here everything—from the layout and specifications to the amenities—felt perfectly planned with nothing missing or excessive. My companion was impressed as well and truly enjoyed a comfortable Hotel stay. Although many of the staff are young, their warm and attentive service left a great impression. The bar staff in particular were wonderfully considerate, allowing us to relax and enjoy a blissful time at the bar. The view from the Room was also lovely, and even though we booked early at a great rate for a triple Room, my companion was surprised: “This price with breakfast included?” I would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here with someone special. Thank you for bringing us an extra blanket even in the middle of the night. We requested breakfast via Room service, and it was set up quickly and with great care. We were able to enjoy it together while taking in the wonderful view. We made great memories, and we are grateful to everyone at the Hotel. Everything went smoothly, and the Room was excellent. Our stay after previewing the property was very satisfying for my family as well. A while ago, I visited a bar at another Hilton and loved the atmosphere. When I had a reason to stay in Yokohama the month before our trip, I stopped by this bar and liked it so much that I made a Reservation on the spot. I stayed here to match my mother’s visit to Yokohama to attend an artist’s live concert. We ate outside the Hotel and only used the bar in the evening and the breakfast lounge, but both my mother and I were very satisfied. It is within walking distance from Yokohama Station, a major terminal station, and I think it is rare to find such a new, urban waterfront Hotel near Tokyo. Next time, I would like to stay again including dining at the restaurant.

This Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it extremely convenient. The Room and Facility are more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and every time I stay here, I feel it’s perfect for relaxing after work or sightseeing. With the city’s international atmosphere and many guests from overseas, the staff also provide uniquely personal service. I would like to use it again when I have business nearby.

I made a same-day Reservation at short notice. Because I ended up checking in close to midnight, the entrance was a bit hard to find and I got slightly lost. Once inside the Hotel, it was truly comfortable, and I’m glad I stayed here. From the stylish front desk area to the Room, everything was excellent—the Room was spacious enough, and both the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The pajamas were also very comfortable. Breakfast was high quality and satisfying. The bakery inside the Hotel was also delicious, both in appearance and taste. I felt it offered great value for the price, and I would like to stay again.

I stayed here last month for work, and because I really liked this Hotel and wanted to take my time enjoying Yokohama, I stayed again. As expected, it was consistently comfortable. It’s close to the station, and you can walk through NEWoMan to get there, which is extremely convenient. The staff were also very pleasant at both check-in and check-out, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. I used to stay in other areas of Yokohama, but now this Hotel has become my favorite. I feel it’s an Accommodation where you can stay with peace of mind. I’d definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama.

A long-overdue trip with my mother. As traveling far has become difficult for her, her favorite is Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu, where she stayed with my sister last month. She said it was so wonderful that she invited me and my 9-year-old son to stay too—so we headed back to Yokohama for the first time in a while. Perhaps because it was right after a holiday weekend and nearby attractions were closed, the front desk told us they had prepared a Room that my son would enjoy even more. When we walked in, we were thrilled to see a huge Ferris wheel right in front of us! We were especially impressed by the bathroom where we could bathe while looking at it. We decided to keep watching the Ferris wheel at night, so we enjoyed dinner in our Room while taking in the Ferris wheel and the lights of Yokohama to the fullest. Both my mother and I were completely satisfied. Thank you for such a wonderful surprise. Breakfast was excellent as well, so we will definitely be back!

Reserved for my grandchild to visit the Anpanman Museum. Since the front desk is on the 20th floor, all rooms are on high floors. The view through the floor-to-ceiling glass was spectacular even from my 2-year-old grandchild’s eye level. Although they fell asleep early at night and the next morning was unfortunately cloudy, they were still thrilled with the view from the morning. It became a wonderful memory. My daughter’s family and their 2-year-old child stayed in a Deluxe King Room.

Located just a few minutes’ walk from Kannai Station, with Chinatown and other sightseeing spots also within walking distance. The Room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. I especially appreciated the extra touches like bath salts and eye masks, and would love to stay again.

We stayed as a couple. There’s a Don Quijote nearby, and it’s about a 2-minute walk from the nearest station. It’s also close to sightseeing spots, and they kindly stored our luggage even after checkout. The next morning, we used the foot bath, and with the nice weather it was wonderful. The staff were kind and courteous, which made our stay very pleasant. The Facility is a bit dated, but we felt it was great value for the price. We also enjoyed the welcome drinks and sweets. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate his birthday. It was the first birthday we’ve celebrated since getting married, and we were able to truly relax—it became an unforgettable memory. When we entered the Room, we were delighted to find a celebratory message and chocolates prepared for us, and it also made us happy to see a towel bear placed on the bed! In the evening, we had requested a birthday plate at Code Bar, and it was served smoothly; they even took photos for us. We were also shown to the counter seats we had hoped for, and once again I was impressed by the excellent communication among the Hotel staff and their hospitality. We were able to unwind in the club lounge as well, and both the Room and everything else were very clean—we relaxed so much that we lost track of time. He was absolutely thrilled too, and this is definitely a Hotel we want to visit again! Thank you very much for everything!

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.
