Zhongshan Station × Highly-rated Hotel·Ryokan

We stayed here for my daughter’s entrance exam. I asked the female front desk staff about the trains on the exam day, and I was happy with how kindly and thoroughly she explained everything. The room was clean, and there were plenty of towels, amenities, and in-room items—great value for the price. It’s close to the station, with a convenience store right next door and many restaurants nearby, so next time we stay I’d like to enjoy a good meal in the area as well. We will stay again.

I’d love to experience the Japanese New Year again, so I’m looking forward to visiting next time as well.

At the end of my two-year stay, I stayed in a slightly nicer Room. It was more spacious than I expected, the Facility was easy to use, and the bathroom wasn’t a unit bath (and it even had a TV), so I could relax and soak at my leisure. The sink area was also spacious with LED lighting, and the Room mirror was a Horiuchi Mirror three-way mirror that was very convenient—perfect for doing full makeup for the first time in five years ahead of my graduation ceremony. Haha I also used the steamer and the yoga mat. It was completely different from what I used to have, and I was impressed at how much steamers have evolved. It was so comfortable that I spent most of my time relaxing on the ottoman chair by the window. I thought I should have tried staying in this Room sooner, but then I realized that if it had been this Room, I probably would have relaxed too much and not studied—so it was better saved as something to look forward to. Haha This time at check-in, there were familiar staff members who congratulated me on graduating, and at check-out I got to meet the staff member who always replies to my Review(s), so I could thank them in person—I was truly happy. Thank you sincerely for two wonderful years of a comfortable environment and thoughtful hospitality. When work brings me back to your area again, I will definitely stay with you (and from next time on, this is the Room I’ll choose. Haha). I look forward to seeing you again.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

Whenever I travel to Yokohama, I always stay at this Hotel. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally delicious, and I’m impressed every time by the wonderful Art Deco–inspired design throughout the building and in the Room. There were also some new additions to the breakfast menu. This time, my stay was an early birthday celebration, and I was truly happy to receive a Room upgrade and even a gift. Thank you for such an elegant and comfortable time.

I made a Reservation for my daughter and her husband to stay after their wedding. They thanked us for the spacious, relaxing Room, which was perfect after the ceremony. They also said they could stretch out in the bath and felt refreshed. They appreciated the 11:00 checkout as well, which allowed them to take it easy. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money. It has all the essential services you need. Close to the station, with a 7-Eleven nearby. Yokohama and Sakuragicho are within walking distance. There are restaurants open late at night. K-Arena and Pia Arena are also within walking distance. With a great location and self-service check-in, you can stay contact-free. Highly recommended.

I often stay around Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Station lately, and this Hotel was excellent. When I tried to check in at the kiosk, a front desk staff member approached me and helped right away, so everything went very smoothly with no waiting. The amenities were well stocked, and although the Room was compact, it was very clean. The bathroom was also spotless. The bed was so comfortable that I ended up oversleeping in the morning. The TV also let me watch streaming services like Hulu and ABEMA, so there were absolutely no downsides for me. I will definitely stay here again.

I made a same-day Reservation at short notice. Because I ended up checking in close to midnight, the entrance was a bit hard to find and I got slightly lost. Once inside the Hotel, it was truly comfortable, and I’m glad I stayed here. From the stylish front desk area to the Room, everything was excellent—the Room was spacious enough, and both the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The pajamas were also very comfortable. Breakfast was high quality and satisfying. The bakery inside the Hotel was also delicious, both in appearance and taste. I felt it offered great value for the price, and I would like to stay again.

I stayed for two nights to attend an event. In the lobby, music related to the event was playing, which really got me excited! The Room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was so comfortable that I almost overslept—so be careful (maybe), haha. The staff were kind and helpful, and I had a stress-free stay. I’d love to stay again. Thank you!

I stayed at this Hotel because of its great Reviews. It was conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room was very clean. Amenities were available near the front desk, and I picked up what I needed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast this time due to my schedule… If I have the chance, I’d like to visit again and enjoy breakfast as well. I used the in-room unit bath at night, but in the morning I refreshed myself with a soak in the large public bath. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Hotel shortly after it first opened. Just like last time, I was very satisfied with my stay. Although it was a short visit, the room was clean and comfortable. The convenient location is also a big plus. I would like to stay here again.

Stayed overnight after a Zepp LIVE show. I found this Accommodation on the travel site IKYU, and the moon decorations caught my eye. I made a Reservation even before I knew I’d won tickets for the LIVE, and later I found out and was surprised! When I went down to the first floor, it was right next to Zepp Yokohama. The Room on the 14th floor had a great view, was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly. The 11:00 check-out time was also convenient. Even after check-out, they kept my luggage for me, so I could go out without worry. The staff were kind as well, which made my stay very pleasant. The in-room amenities were eco-friendly, just like at a Hotel where I stayed during a trip to Okinawa before. It’s such a great Hotel that even seeing that gave me an excellent impression. I’d love to stay again.

I had several chances to speak with the staff—at check-in, when borrowing an iron, and at breakfast—and everyone was truly polite and kind. The handmade-style map of the Shin-Yokohama area created by the staff also felt very warm and thoughtful. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I’m in Shin-Yokohama. There is also a large public bath for women, so I was able to relax completely. For this price, I was very satisfied with the breakfast selection. The Facility were clean as well.

My family stayed in a Japanese-Western style room over the weekend. Check-in starts at 5:00 PM, and we usually arrive around that time, but this time we learned that the facilities can be used from around 10:00 AM. So we came a little earlier than usual and relaxed inside the Accommodation. The kids love the manga corner and game area, and they had fun all the way until dinner. The restaurant feels reasonably priced with plenty of options, so lately our family has been choosing to eat here instead of going to Grandberry Mall, with each of us picking what we like. Since our kids wake up early, it would be great if the manga corner and game area could open a bit earlier. We often stay here as a break for our daughter who is busy studying for entrance exams, and overall we are very satisfied with this Accommodation. We would love to stay again in the future.

This is a stylish Hotel located quite close to the north exit of Machida Station. The front desk area is spacious and clean, and the staff were very pleasant. The Room is relatively large for a single. After check-in, you pick up any amenities you need yourself from a shelf near the front desk before heading to your Room. The Room was clean and very easy to use. The Wi-Fi was also reliable, so I had no trouble getting work done on my PC. There are plenty of convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants around the Hotel, making it easy to eat out or shop. I lived in Machida when this Hotel first opened, and I’ve also visited Tsukitei in the same building; overall it’s a calm and comfortable Hotel. Despite being so close to the station, it’s in a quiet area, so whenever I stay overnight in Machida, this is my go-to choice.

The building felt a bit dated, but the front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet in particular offered a wide variety of delicious options, making this a very satisfying Hotel overall. It was my first time staying in Machida, and it was convenient for getting to Yokohama, the Tama area, and Enoshima. I would gladly stay here again if I have the chance.

I always stay here when I’m in Yokohama for live shows. With a large public bath and a stone sauna, it’s very relaxing. All the staff are pleasant, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with an improved menu compared to before. If I could ask for one improvement, the changing room is small and there are only two seats for hair dryers, so I’d like to see more added (the stone sauna area has plenty). Still, I’m very happy to be able to stay at this price. I’ll definitely use it again.
