Berlin-Tai Station × Highly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

It was reasonably priced in the off-season. The Accommodation was not crowded, so it was quiet and relaxing. The provided coffee cups are cute. The mineral water was very useful, and we also received coins for wine tasting—just a small touch, but a pleasant surprise. We didn’t use them this time, but the happy hour beer-and-snack set and the restaurant are also recommended. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of Hokkaido specialties, and the staff are always attentive and courteous. I would like to stay here again when I visit Obihiro.

The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It also had a humidifying air purifier, and the shower water pressure was excellent. I also really appreciated taking off my shoes before entering the Room.\nOn the other hand, there were no amenities in the Room at all. They were probably available at the front desk, but I would have liked to be informed.\nAlso, more hotels have started using self-service terminals for check-in and check-out recently, but like self-checkout registers, they are slow and inconvenient. I understand the goal is to avoid handling cash, but I would like to see better terminals.

I love Obihiro in winter, so I stayed here again this year for a one-week workcation. Although it’s a resort, it’s in the city, so the 5G Wi‑Fi is fast and reliable, making remote meetings very smooth. The nearby Midorigaoka Park is perfect for walks, and when I’m tired I can soak in the Onsen, so I can refresh while working. They handled Room cleaning within a short time window, which was a huge help. The food was delicious—both Japanese and Western—and since I rotated Indian Curry and Butahage for lunch, I gained weight. I’d love to visit again.

This area is highly competitive, with over 10 Hotels visible from the station, but I have used this Hotel 5-6 times and have never been significantly disappointed. The building seems to be around 30 years old based on the water system structure, and the Room is not very spacious. However, maintenance was thorough, as there was no mold in the bathroom tile grout. Breakfast used to be a well-thought-out set meal but was buffet-style this time. While many Hotels compromise quality by focusing on increasing variety in buffets, this Hotel maintained its usual standards with attention to details like the thickness of salmon and bacon. However, the rice cooking could use some improvement this time—please continue paying close attention to such details. Since my company's branch has withdrawn from Obihiro, my visits may decrease in the future; however, I will prioritize staying here whenever I visit again.

Clean, efficient, and comfortable accommodation. The staff's service is polite, and for a Business Hotel of this size, the breakfast served in small bowls is delightful. The arrangement prevents congestion, which is excellent. The bath features a smooth-textured Moor Onsen that was very pleasant. If you can enjoy it during less crowded hours, consider yourself lucky!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in a twin Room with double-size beds. The Hotel was clean and odor-free. It was a bit disappointing that the bath and toilet were in a unit bathroom, but there is a small Onsen, so we enjoyed it. The men’s bath has only four washing stations and the women’s bath has six, but it wasn’t crowded, so we were able to relax and fully enjoy the pleasant moor-type Onsen at our leisure. The Room is business-style and not particularly spacious, but it had all the space we needed. Above all, having two double-size beds allowed us to truly unwind and sleep well. All of the staff were kind, always greeting us with smiles, which made our stay very comfortable. Excellent value for money and close to the JR station—this is a Hotel where you can spend a comfortable time. As an aside, after staying three nights, taking one night off elsewhere, we ended up canceling our last night at another place and came back here again.

Located near Obihiro Station and close to the nightlife district, this Hotel offers an excellent location where you’ll never have trouble finding food or drinks at night. The parking lot includes a multi-story facility and partnerships, making it perfect for those who wish to park their car and head out again. The lobby, front desk, Onsen, and guest rooms are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable stay. The Onsen features the famous moor hot spring water, which is a rare treat at this price point. Breakfast is served as a buffet packed with delicious specialties from the Tokachi region. Every dish was incredibly flavorful—truly impressive. Having visited Hokkaido multiple times before, I can confidently say that this Hotel offers some of the best cuisine in its price range. Additionally, when I contacted them later regarding forgotten items left behind during my stay, their response was extremely kind and thorough. Thanks to their attentive service, I was able to retrieve my belongings without disrupting my travel plans. This Hotel truly lives up to its name as a premier destination with outstanding rooms, dining options, and service—a perfect combination for any traveler!

When I got off the elevator, the upscale atmosphere made me say “Wow!” (lol). Since it’s new, it was of course very clean. I didn’t have time for breakfast because I was tired from the day before, so I’ll try it next time. The Room was quiet, and I slept well. Definitely staying here again next time!

This was my fourth visit to Obihiro, but my first stay at Fukui Hotel. A friend told me the meals and Onsen were excellent, and that it’s conveniently located right in front of the station, so I decided to stay here for the first time. I had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor of the Hotel, and everything was delicious. It felt like heartfelt, homemade cooking, and the staff were very kind. The Onsen features free-flowing natural Moor Onsen water from its own source. The bathing area was kept very clean, and I used it four times during my stay. It was a relaxing Onsen where I could truly unwind. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were all kind and pleasant as well. From now on, when I come to Obihiro, Fukui Hotel will be my only choice.

Check-in was after 8 PM, but the staff kindly offered suggestions like "Shall I recommend nearby restaurants?" and left a good impression with their friendly service. The room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay.

I stayed in a dormitory Room, and it was clean, with spacious and comfortable beds. Considering the price, I think it's quite good. As for amenities, I would have liked towels and paper cups, but given the price, it's understandable. It's very close to the station, so I would love to stay here again when visiting Obihiro.

Located just a short walk from Obihiro Station Bus Terminal, the access is excellent. The front staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting guests with phrases like "Have a nice day" as they passed by. Complimentary onsen bath salts were provided, allowing for a relaxing soak. The room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. Thanks to booking several months in advance, I was able to stay at a very reasonable price. One downside was that my room was right next to the elevator, so I could constantly hear the sound of it moving up and down through the walls (it sounded like a dryer). However, I still managed to sleep well due to being tired—the bed and pillows were comfortable. Requesting a room farther from the elevator in advance might have avoided this issue. On the other hand, breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, including meat dishes, steamed vegetables, and omelets. Adding more variety in bread (such as sweet Danish pastries) or desserts (like sweet potato treats unique to Obihiro) would enhance satisfaction even further. Overall, this is an excellent Hotel with high satisfaction levels—I would definitely choose it again for my next stay in Obihiro!

It was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate! The bath in particular was spacious and very relaxing. The building seems a bit old, but there were no issues at all. The tea bags, instant tea, and coffee were really helpful. The staff were friendly and pleasant.

This was my first stay in about six years. I paid an additional 700 yen for parking and stayed in a room on the 4th floor. When I entered with the key card, I was pleasantly surprised—the room was very spacious. We traveled as a family of three and were able to relax comfortably. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to be able to adjust the heating. It was quite hot, so we regulated the temperature by opening the door. I used the bath a little after 6:00 a.m. The changing area is small, but the bathing area has plenty of washing stations. The brown-colored water warmed me up nicely. Breakfast included soba and udon, which I was happy about. You can also make pork rice bowls. It was a delicious breakfast. I would like to stay again.

Conveniently located near the station and close to the downtown area! I didn't use the Onsen. It was cold, but the warm hospitality was wonderful! Thank you very much.

Although it was a single Room, it was just the right size! Free parking was also very helpful.

I made a Reservation because the Accommodation Fee was affordable and the free breakfast was appealing. Both the property and the Room were clean. They also changed my Room to non-smoking, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. Breakfast had more variety than I expected, and everything was delicious. With free breakfast included at this price, I’m satisfied.

The rates are reasonable, and I am very satisfied. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

The room feels like an apartment, without pajamas provided, but it is a spacious twin Room with a new and clean unit bath. However, while not unbearable, I could hear snoring from the next Room, so the walls might be a bit thin—or perhaps it was just exceptionally loud snoring. Additionally, there is a delicious yakitori restaurant called "Toriyasu" located just behind the Hotel. They serve charcoal-grilled yakitori in small portions (4 skewers per serving), but you can easily eat as many as you'd like. Since it's operated by one person grilling over charcoal, it takes some time—so plan accordingly. Their Tokachi potato fries are also recommended; they are small whole potatoes fried to perfection with a sweet and fluffy texture similar to sweet potatoes. Please note that this restaurant closes early!
