It was very good. The Room was clean and stylishly designed. The meals were also delicious! The bath was a great Onsen; it’s a bit small, but it wasn’t crowded at all—when I went in, I had it to myself and could relax. The free cafe drinks had a wide selection and were tasty. Also, there are many smoking areas, which is great for smokers! The staff were wonderful as well. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come again!!

I visited again for the first time in 10 years. I stayed to celebrate my companion’s birthday. Thank you very much for celebrating with so many gifts. The first night’s dinner was the Aoi Kaiseki course. I expected it to be a standard kaiseki meal, but not at all—it was surprisingly delicious and felt like an impressive full-course dinner. All of the staff worked so efficiently and professionally, which I found wonderful. The beautiful scenery was truly soothing.

I chose the Mini Boat Platter Plan, and the portion was more than satisfying—I was completely full! The sunset view from the bath was amazing, and in the evening we enjoyed the game corner—this Ryokan is fun for both adults and children! Next time, I’d love to stay when the summer pool is open.

This was my first stay, and all the staff were very courteous. As a guest, I felt comfortable throughout, and I truly appreciated it. The Room was also clean, and it was a nice touch to be able to see the ocean from the window. However, there are only a limited number of power outlets, and you can see an abandoned Hotel from the window, so some guests may find that bothersome. As for the meals, everything was made with local ingredients and was very delicious. I was genuinely happy to be able to enjoy freshly boiled kama-age shirasu at breakfast. The Onsen is simple, but it suited my skin well and I enjoyed it. That said, some people may find the water temperature a bit hot. If I have the chance to visit around Wakayama again, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much for having me.

It was great to be able to enjoy a seafood rice bowl for breakfast. The large public bath is also an Onsen, and the showers can be set to jet or mist modes. The changing area was well cleaned and very tidy. There were complimentary ice cream and probiotic drinks, and massage chairs were available as well, so the after-bath services were excellent. However, for one night, I felt the parking fee was higher than nearby parking lots.

I had mistakenly made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but when I informed the front desk, they did everything they could and changed it to a non-smoking Room, which was a huge help. The entire property has apparently been fully renovated, and it was so clean it felt brand new. The Room—including the bathroom and toilet—was very comfortable to use. Breakfast was served in a bright, beautiful restaurant with an open view of Wakayama Castle. They offered many local specialties such as chagayu (tea rice porridge), umeboshi (pickled plums), Kinzanji miso, and Wakayama ramen—all delicious. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Wakayama. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We stayed here during our wedding anniversary trip. Due to an unexpected incident, we arrived much later than planned and missed the open-air bath while watching the sunset we had been looking forward to. Dinner ended up being rushed as well, but we were able to enjoy premium ingredients. Breakfast was also excellent. During our stay, a male staff member was very kind and helpful. Because it is quite far away, we cannot visit often, but we would like to return if we have the opportunity.

The Room was newly renovated and very clean and comfortable. The food was fresh with a wide variety of dishes, and we were very satisfied. The view from the open-air bath was outstanding, and we would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for a family trip with breakfast only. The room has four beds, and thanks to the two-seater sofa and table, even four adults could relax comfortably. The bathroom area was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed a relaxing bath. The view from the window and from the restaurant was wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. Since this trip was mainly for sightseeing, next time we’d like to spend more time relaxing at the Hotel. Highly recommended.

It was newly renovated and very comfortable. The service was warm and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant. I had an early morning and couldn’t try the breakfast, but I’d like to have it next time.

The view from the room was great, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast while looking out at Wakayama Castle was also very delicious.

The Room, large public bath, and interior were all very clean and bright, making it a highly comfortable Facility. The Onsen water quality was also excellent, and it felt like great value for money. However, the breakfast buffet had a lot of fried items, which was the only disappointing point. Overall, it is a good Hotel and I would recommend it.

It was a late check-in as I only used it mostly for sleeping. Although the room was small, there were drink bar services and breakfast included, making it very cost-effective!

The elaborate dishes were incredibly delicious. The quality of the Onsen water was also excellent. All the staff greeted us with smiles, making it a delightful trip. My friends who came along were also very satisfied. We will definitely visit again. Thank you so much!

I will definitely use this place again when visiting Wakayama!

The breakfast is truly delicious. The miso soup is perfect for soothing a hangover.

I almost always stay at this Hotel when I’m on a business trip to Wakayama. Since I usually check in after dining out, I use the large public bath and breakfast the next morning. Even with a discounted room, I’m fully satisfied.

I stayed during the New Year holidays. The hotel staff were very pleasant and responded quickly, making my stay comfortable. The meals, including rice balls and side dishes, were delicious, and having the rice balls with dashi broth was exceptional. Although the weather was cloudy, I was able to relax and enjoy my time leisurely.

The Hotel front desk staff always speak very politely, and I’m impressed every time. This time, my Room was in a newly renovated area, so it was extremely comfortable. I also love having breakfast on the top floor. It’s within walking distance of Wakayama-shi Station, which I look forward to each visit. I will stay again next time.
