We made a last-minute reservation the day before, but check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to the reliable IKYU.com. The purpose of this stay was to "heal our tired summer bodies from the heat and busyness," so we indulged in Onsen baths (laughs). Both the large public bath and the detached open-air bath had great views, and the water quality suited us as a couple perfectly, so we enjoyed multiple visits! Although this hotel seems to be older in terms of construction, it has been renovated, and both the room and facilities were well-maintained and clean, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. This time we opted for buffet-style dinner and breakfast; there was a wide variety of dishes available, all delicious and enjoyable. Surrounded by mountains, greenery, sky, and nature—soaking in wonderful Onsen waters while enjoying buffets—we had a stress-free holiday filled with relaxation.

We stayed in a room in the South Wing for three people. The accommodation was just a short walk from the bus stop. Although we were worried about arriving too early when using the bus, everything was fine as long as we informed the staff, both on arrival and departure. The staff provided clear explanations at first and then gave us privacy while being very kind and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. It was a very comfortable accommodation with attentive service from all employees, who greeted us with smiles and worked hard to assist us. The variety of private-use baths available at any time was fantastic. Sandals in M and L sizes, along with socks, were provided for use when going to the baths (though since our feet are small, we slightly regretted not bringing our own Crocs sandals). The meals were delicious with just the right portions. The front desk had various items available to ensure convenience and enjoyment during our stay, which was very helpful. There’s so much more I could say about this wonderful accommodation—it’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

This was my fourth stay. When the bus I planned to take was delayed, you kindly accommodated changes to the Shuttle Service, for which I am truly grateful. As always, staying at the snow-covered Onsen warmed both my body and soul.

Thank you for taking care of us on our family ski trip. This was our fourth stay. It was our first time in a Room without a bath, but the sink was large and very convenient to use. The food is always delicious. Since this time was spring skiing, the menu changed with the season, including a dish made with rapeseed blossoms, so no matter how many times we stay in the same season, we never get tired of it and always leave happily full. The ski resort is right in front of the Hotel, and there is also a free Shuttle Service to Jomo-Kogen Station, which is greatly appreciated when traveling with children. All staff members are cheerful and very kind. The open-air bath can be cold in winter, so we recommend washing up and warming up slowly in the large public bath first, then using it to enjoy a snowy-view bath!

I have traveled to many places, but this was an indescribably wonderful space where I had a truly great time. Despite the unfortunate rain, I was able to enjoy the outdoors without getting wet. Bringing my dog, enjoying the open-air bath, and experiencing outdoor activities—all my wishes came true!

We had an extraordinary experience immersed in nature! Located halfway up the slopes, the view from the Room is breathtaking. We enjoyed a private sauna and outdoor relaxation in an unparalleled setting.
