Our signature onsen with natural hot spring water is available not only in the large public bath but also in every guest room. Dinner features a full-course French cuisine prepared by an experienced chef using seasonal ingredients from Shinshu, complemented by wines recommended by our sommelier. The hotel is located away from Kappa Bridge, offering a serene experience surrounded by nature. With over 100 years of history since its days as "Shimizuya Ryokan," where Walter Weston, the father of modern Japanese mountaineering, once stayed, we invite you to visit Kamikochi Lemeista Hotel at least once.

The Yumoto Saito Ryokan, with a history of 284 years, is a charming property blending the Shirahone Onsen and the traditional ambiance of Shinshu. The onsen, sourced from its own spring since the Kamakura period, is milky white and is said to be effective for gastrointestinal ailments. All 53 guest rooms are named after notable novelists and poets, offering a serene space for relaxation. Additionally, you can savor Japanese seasonal course meals featuring the bounty of Shinshu's mountains and rivers.

Sawanodo means "a place where rivers gather." In December of 1998, Onsen was introduced to this area, which had been used as a base for visiting Kamikochi, and thus Sawanodo Onsen was born. Our inn opened five years later, in July of 2003. Although we are located in the middle of the mountains with nothing around, Keiryuso Shiorie warmly awaits your visit. Oyado Kodama is a small Onsen Accommodation with just seven rooms. Relax in a quiet setting with clear mountain air and views of Mt. Norikura in the distance. From summer to autumn, it’s an ideal base for trekking and sightseeing around Mt. Norikura, and in winter you can enjoy skiing. Highlights include 100% natural hot spring baths fed directly from the source and homemade meals featuring local ingredients. It is also conveniently located about 20 minutes by car from Sawando Bus Terminal, the gateway to the Kamikochi area.
