Close to the sea, you can see the beautiful ocean from the room on sunny days. There are many stylish restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so you won't have trouble finding meals. The sauna was authentic, the cold bath was chilly, and the outdoor air bath was excellent. The room design and amenities were all stylish.

I stayed for one night with No Meals Included during the January holiday. The pension is located in a scenic area, and the interior has a bright atmosphere with sunlight streaming in. The room was spacious, and I spent a relaxing time watching the Izu Islands up close and the setting sun from the window. Since it is a little off the main road, the sound of passing cars is distant, allowing for a quiet time. Although there is a bath in the room, this time I enjoyed the soft water of the handmade open-air bath in a corner of the large garden while gazing at the sky. This time, I was also looking forward to dinner at a nearby sushi restaurant known for its delicious local fish, and I was provided with Shuttle Service from the pension, allowing me to enjoy local sake without worry, making it a great holiday. Thanks to the hospitality of the lovely madam and the friendly owner of the pension, I had a wonderful holiday. It is a property I would like to visit again.

In mid-March 2025, I stayed for two nights with breakfast and dinner included. On the first day, I walked from Ohara Port to the ryokan while stopping by shops and parks to explore the town. It wasn’t too far. (Of course, Shuttle Service is available if you request it in advance, and they will gladly accommodate.) The guest room was a simple 6-tatami mat room with a unit bath and toilet, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and climate control. Yukata robes were also provided. Meals were served in the dining hall on the first floor—dinner at 6:30 PM and breakfast at 7:30 AM. The meals featured plenty of local fish and vegetables, offering satisfying portions that left me very pleased. On the final day, they kindly drove me to Ohara Port in time for my ferry departing at 8:30 AM. The ryokan is conveniently located near a bus stop and shops. Run by a friendly couple since its establishment in 1960 as an old-fashioned ryokan, it comes highly recommended!

The Room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always seen cleaning. When the dryer stopped working, they responded promptly, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable stay! The morning bread and drink service was great; the bread was packed in a bag, so we could enjoy it with our family at the beach! We would love to stay here again next time!

This is my second stay after being impressed by the Hotel’s facilities and the staff’s hospitality on my first visit! It has become an essential place for fully enjoying the charm of Taketomi Island. The West Pier is nearby, so you can quickly head out to watch the sunset. The meals were delicious, and the amenities were well stocked, making for a truly happy and relaxing stay. I’d love to come back again!

I used to choose a Resort Hotel in Okinawa, but this time I was looking for an affordable Accommodation close to the local area to visit Junglia. As a result, I am extremely satisfied beyond what I expected for such an affordable price. The kind and friendly staff, the quiet beach through the forest, the open-air bath with beautiful starry skies, and the clean and stylish Room made me truly glad I chose this place. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you very much!

This was my first visit, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated being able to take home the crab I couldn’t finish. The Onsen water felt wonderfully smooth, and we were very satisfied to have it reserved for our family’s private use. The location was also great—right by the sea, with a beautiful sunset—and it made me want to visit even in a season other than crab season. I’d love to come back again next year.

A quiet port town accommodation located at the southern tip of Shimoshima, Amakusa. This time, I stayed with no meals included, but the location is known for its fresh seafood. There is also a famous sunset spot nearby where you might be lucky enough to see the sun setting over the horizon. The building shows its age, but features like the tiled bath give it a nostalgic charm. The staff were very kind and made my stay comfortable and pleasant.

We were looking for accommodation for our family of five and one dog, and we found this place. Since we live in an area without the sea, both our family and dog were thrilled with the ocean right in front of us. The absence of a TV actually increased family conversations, and we felt closer through activities like Othello, card games, soccer, and badminton. The manager was very kind and attentive, and we would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

I stayed at this property during a business trip to Izumo. It is away from tourist spots, and there are no supermarkets or convenience stores nearby. I recommend bringing everything you need or buying it somewhere before heading to the stays. I only requested breakfast this time, but it was luxurious and truly delicious, with dishes like squid sashimi. I wish I had ordered dinner as well. (There are no dining places nearby, so finding a restaurant is difficult, and it gets quite dark at night.) The dining area offers a spectacular ocean view. The room and bath have the feel of a traditional inn but are clean. The staff were very nice, and the service was good. I rated it 4 stars because the location, lack of Wi-Fi, and curfew were unexpected.

We were warmly welcomed even though we informed them of our late arrival. The room was spacious, bright, and had a clean atmosphere. Futons are self-service, so you set them up yourself. The TV is slightly small but sufficient for basic needs. The bath is not very large, but considering the number of rooms, it feels almost like a private Onsen experience—perfect for Onsen lovers! Amenities are well-prepared, making the stay very comfortable. However, one minor issue was the lingering smell on the haori likely worn by someone who smoked; if that were resolved, it would be perfect! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sakata!

It was my first time staying at a trailer house Hotel, and although I was initially anxious, it was neither cold nor unclean, and I had a comfortable stay. Additionally, they kindly accommodated a sudden change to dinner plans. Everyone was so kind, making this Hotel highly recommended if you're in the area. The barbecue meat was delicious. Of course, the breakfast sandwiches were also very tasty. Thank you very much!

With access to the sauna and an open-air bath, plus an ocean view, this price is a great value. Though compact, the Facility is thoughtfully designed and very functional, and the towels and sheets felt great on the skin—I slept soundly. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed as a couple in our 50s. Rather than a Hotel, it feels more like a charming pension-style place, which suits it well. The front desk gave the impression that they may be operating more efficiently than before, and that’s perfectly fine. The staff were all ladies older than us, so the pace was a bit relaxed—but in an endearing way. It felt warm and comfortable. The Room was spacious, with Lake Biwa stretching out beyond the window. Since this area tends to feel cold, even in April they had a heater and blankets prepared. We chose the Omi beef steak course. From the photos I wondered if it might not be enough, but it was very filling and satisfying. For breakfast, we were happy to be able to choose either Japanese or Western style. The curry was especially delicious! The bath is not an Onsen, but it was kept very clean. We went to see the Osaki cherry blossoms by the inlet. Next time, I’d love to visit again during the season when the metasequoia trees are at their best.

Although we stayed with No Meals Included, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The Room had a wonderful atmosphere, but above all, the Onsen was outstanding. The water quality was excellent, and my skin felt pleasantly moisturized after bathing. For those who want to soak and relax in a quiet setting, this is a highly recommended place even with No Meals Included.

Stayed at the accommodation after a long time. The quality of the room, the garden view from the window—everything was truly wonderful. The location is also excellent. Additionally, it felt like the service has improved significantly compared to before. I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I was delighted to receive a stollen for Christmas as well. The moment you enter the Room, a pleasant fragrance greets you, and the space is impeccably clean, creating a very comfortable environment from the first impression. The view from the large windows was stunning even on a rainy day, making it easy to forget everyday life. It left us wondering how amazing it would be on a sunny day, giving us something to look forward to for future visits. The shampoo in the bathroom had a lovely scent and was popular with the kids as well. Additionally, there were plenty of power outlets throughout the Room, combining high design aesthetics with convenience. One thing to note is about using the projector and Bluetooth speaker available in the Room. While instructions are provided, they might be challenging for those not familiar with such devices. Also, if you log into YouTube during your stay, it does not automatically log out upon checkout—so this requires attention before leaving.
