This was the first Hotel where we could enjoy sunrise, sunset, and the night view over the peninsula from our Room. On top of that, the staff’s thoughtfulness was reflected in everything—the spotless cleanliness of the Room, the variety and arrangement of amenities, and even the selection of drinks in the refrigerator. It was simply outstanding. Communicating with the staff and manager was truly comforting, and they were so considerate with the Shuttle Service that we almost felt bad. Even a small comment would be met with “How about this?” as they did everything possible beyond any manual—so much so that we felt we shouldn’t casually mention anything. When we told them it was to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and new job, they created unforgettable memories for us with a handmade bouquet and a champagne toast. Our daughter kept saying to both the staff—and even on our flight home—that she would work hard and definitely come back again. It seems this Accommodation has become a goal for her. There is still so much more I can’t fit here, but among all the Hotels we have stayed at, this became our very best Accommodation. It was a warm place where you could truly feel everyone working together to think about how to make guests happy. Thank you very much. We will be back again.

Everything felt gentle and welcoming, like coming home. The food and the warm hospitality made it feel as if we were being told, “Relax and take your time” (not literally), and it was an Accommodation where we could truly unwind. Also, at night, when we turned off the lights and looked outside, we could see an incredible number of stars. Because it was so dark with hardly any light—especially in contrast to the lake—the starlight looked even brighter, creating a wonderful view. The sake we had with dinner was also a rare local variety from Gunma. There were plenty of spring flavors as well, and we left completely full. I think this is an Accommodation where you can enjoy each season through both the meals and the scenery. Next time, I’ll visit again in a different season.

With the Diamond Member upgrade, I was given a very lovely Room with a beautiful view of the Naruto Strait, making my stay extremely comfortable. The meals were delicious, especially the abalone risotto and Awaji beef for dinner, both complemented by excellent sauces.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time in 10 years, and we were able to relax completely thanks to the same warm hospitality as before. Although there was a minor issue, it was resolved immediately, and we were deeply moved by the attentive care of each staff member. After check-out, when we mentioned our plan to visit Miyajima's Mount Misen, we received detailed information about the ferry and tips for navigating Miyajima. Thanks to this guidance, we safely reached the "Eternal Flame" on Mount Misen. Blessed with good weather and beautiful autumn leaves, it turned out to be a perfect trip to Aki. As for meals, everything was delicious. Especially the fugu (pufferfish), which I had been craving for some reason days before—it was truly delightful! However, by the time we got to the final dish of anago rice at dinner, I was too full and couldn't finish it—I felt so sorry about that. But on our way back from Mount Misen, thanks to a staff member who made a reservation at "Ueno," we thoroughly enjoyed their anago bento. The bath in our room wasn't Onsen water; however, my husband remarked again this time that it felt like Onsen water—just as he did during our previous stay—and he kept expressing his admiration. We also loved the free drinks in the lounge—especially how deliciously smooth their sake was! The Onsen itself had wonderful water quality too; Hiroshima must be blessed with great water resources. Our room offered a beautiful view of Miyajima through its window. Watching Seto Inland Sea’s calm waters alongside Miyajima’s mountain ridges glowing under stunning sunrise hues while overlooking meticulously maintained gardens made us sincerely hope that we'll have another chance someday soon to visit again.

We had a wonderful time with the amazing view and Room. This time we chose a breakfast-only Plan, and it was very delicious with plenty of fresh Hayama vegetables and generous portions. With a later check-out time, we could relax without worrying about the clock, making it a truly great trip. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family to celebrate an anniversary. Since it was March, we looked for a villa with a heated pool. We had stayed with Rescape twice before, but were disappointed that we couldn’t see the ocean from the Room, so we chose this property instead. In the end, the ocean view wasn’t very good here either, but it was close enough to step out right away and we could hear the sound of the waves. The layout and flow from the pool to the jacuzzi and then to the bathroom were excellent, and with a full kitchen in the Facility, we were able to relax as if we were at home. There is no restaurant on-site, but they offer ingredient delivery services for BBQ and shabu-shabu, which was very helpful when traveling with children. We would like to visit again. It was my first time staying here. We traveled as a group of five including my parents, and we also used a corner Room. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot, we were warmly welcomed and they helped move our luggage. Check-in was smooth, the explanations were easy to understand, and I appreciated that they kindly offered to explain everything to everyone if we wanted. The Room was more than spacious enough, and the amenities were well stocked. There is also a large public bath, which was clean and very nice. There’s a spot on the rooftop where you can enjoy the view, and I was moved by seeing the sunrise in the morning. The famous breakfast really was incredibly delicious—another highlight. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but it’s not an issue if you buy what you need in advance. When I asked about charging my phone, they lent me what I needed right away, which was very helpful. When I visit Ishikawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

I had such an enjoyable time relaxing while admiring the stunning scenery that time flew by quickly. Sitting on the sofa until the end while gazing at the sea made me wish to stay longer... It was such a satisfying experience that I've decided to come back again next year!

We stayed as a family of four with my parents and our 2-year-old toy poodle. The room was convenient and allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and made our experience pleasant. Additionally, there was a walking path right next to the hotel, which was very convenient! It was an accommodation we would love to visit again.

This was my 10th stay. I have been coming here since before the Great Earthquake, and the meals have never failed to meet my expectations. This time, I was told it might be a bit noisy because a group was staying and there would be many children, but it wasn’t like that at all—I was able to relax in peace as usual. It’s about 10–15 minutes by taxi from Matsushima-Kaigan Station, and the view of Matsushima Bay right in front of you—and its tranquility—is wonderful. I took a walk to the cape in the evening, and just as the sun was setting, a “sun road,” like a moon road, reflected beautifully on the sea.

This was our first stay. The Room was spacious and clean, and the kids were thrilled. There was more crab than we could finish, and the private dining Room was also spacious, so even after the kids were full, they could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious as well. The kids had a Western-style meal with a choice of bread, and the service was excellent—it’s easy to see why so many guests return. We would love to come again next year.

We enjoyed the snowy scenery from the Room’s balcony. The food was absolutely delicious. Not only dinner, but I think it’s rare to find a place that prepares such a proper breakfast as well. My husband really enjoyed sake from a Tonami brewery. The fruit tea, the in-Room coffee, and the herbal tea were all delicious. Also, thank you very much for stopping by a shop where we could buy masu-zushi on our way back and for being flexible about the pickup location.

We stayed as a family of three on Monday, March 23, 2026. We had stayed in Kirishima before, but after hearing in a Review that the baths were wonderful, we chose this Accommodation for the first time. We were amazed at how beautifully Sakurajima could be seen from Kirishima. From the main building’s open-air bath, we could also see Sakurajima at sunset—an excellent soak. One family member has difficulty walking, so we gave up our reserved private bath “Akamatsu-no-Yu” and switched to a private bath inside the main building instead; it was a semi-open-air bath and very relaxing. The design of the bath was tasteful, and since it was cherry blossom season, we enjoyed fully blooming sakura while listening to Japanese bush warblers—we went in twice. The meals were delicious and very satisfying. This has become one of the Accommodations we would like to visit again.

In mid-September, our family of six (including two children) stayed here. The Room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for all of us. The high ceilings, carefully selected interior design, and stylish furnishings reflected the owner's attention to detail and made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Although the weather on the first day was unfortunate, it cleared up beautifully on the second day. We were able to enjoy stunning views of both the Southern Alps and Mount Fuji, which harmonized perfectly with the natural surroundings and provided a truly relaxing experience. The vegetables delivered as part of an IKYU special offer were incredibly sweet—unlike anything we had tasted before—and left us deeply impressed. The nearby supermarket recommended by the owner had a great selection of meat that was absolutely delicious; our family thoroughly enjoyed a BBQ together. The Room was impeccably clean, allowing even our crawling child to move around safely—a feature that parents will greatly appreciate! Throughout our stay, the owner’s thoughtful hospitality ensured we had a comfortable time. Our 3-year-old even exclaimed, "I don’t want to leave!" and "We’re coming back every year!"—a testament to how much they loved it here too! We would love to visit again in the future! From the moment we arrived at the Hotel until we left, all the staff were so cheerful and well-mannered that we were truly impressed. Right after check-in, they took many photos for us at the front desk and by the entrance, which became a wonderful keepsake for my spouse and me. Every piece of sushi at dinner was beautifully presented and delicious, and chatting with the chef and staff was so enjoyable that two hours flew by. The Room was clean, quiet, and allowed us to enjoy a truly luxurious time. It’s a Hotel we’ll want to visit again, even if it’s far away. It was such a comfortable Room where I could relax without worrying about anyone else. The rooftop area with 360-degree views was also great—I brought up beer from my Room—and the contrast between traffic jams and dusk was striking. Everyone at the Hotel was kind and warm. Next
