1. The use of any open flame indoors is strictly prohibited for heating, cooking, or any other purpose (including hot plates, stoves, lanterns, mosquito coils, and smoking). 2. Bringing in any fire-related equipment (hot plates, stoves, fire pits, etc.) is prohibited. Please use items available for rental from the Facility. 3. Please do not bring the following into the Facility: (a) Animals (except in pet-friendly cottages/camping tents), birds, stimulants/illegal drugs (b) Items with an extremely strong odor (c) Explosives or flammable materials such as gunpowder and volatile oils/gasoline, and other hazardous chemicals (d) Firearms or swords/blades without a permit (e) Excessively large quantities of goods 4. As this is an outdoor Accommodation, various insects and animals may be present. We assume no responsibility for any incidents such as bites/attacks by insects or wild animals. 5. Guests are responsible for managing any food and beverages they bring in. We assume no responsibility for food poisoning or similar issues that may occur. 6. If a guest engages in nuisance behavior toward other guests—including but not limited to acts that are undesirable for safety management or Facility operations—we may ask the guest to leave at any time day or night. In such cases, no refunds (including usage fees) will be provided. We may also refuse future use. (1) Violation of these terms/Accommodation policies (2) Unauthorized use of this Facility for purposes other than personal use by the guest (3) Any act that violates laws and regulations effective in Japan (4) Acts that disturb public morals within the Facility; loud voices/singing/noise; or other behavior that inconveniences other guests. This includes poor manners or unreasonable conduct when there is no improvement after staff warnings/instructions. (5) Making loud noise during Quiet Time (22:00–7:00) and failing to comply with staff requests 7. Outdoor BBQs, campfires, and fireworks (handheld fireworks only) are permitted until 22:00 (only in designated areas). Open flames are strictly prohibited on decks and inside tents. Please refrain from ground-based fireworks, firecrackers, or anything that makes loud noises. Enjoy fireworks on gravel or soil so as not to burn plants. 8. If damage occurs to Facilities/equipment/furnishings/rental items etc., we may claim compensation unless unavoidable circumstances apply (e.g., natural causes). 9. Do not alter any equipment inside/outside the accommodation buildings without permission from the Facility. 10. Do not move, modify/process, take out of the premises any equipment/items belonging to the Facility/Accommodation site(s), nor use them for purposes other than intended. 11. Do not leave your belongings unattended. We cannot accept responsibility for loss. 12.We assume no responsibility whatsoever for vehicle-related issues on the premises, camping gear issues،or any other troubles that may occur. 13.If you lose your room key،we will charge you a replacement fee. 14.All other acts within this Facility that hinder safety or hygiene are prohibited。
