Special Notes Guidelines for Use (Shared for Chitose Rental Villa & goodRAC stay KYOTO KAMEOKA) 【1】About Your Stay Our accommodation is a fully private facility. From check-in to check-out, you can enjoy your time without interacting with other guests. The property includes the Main House and ANNEX, each equipped with independent bedrooms, bathrooms, and toilets. You are free to use the entire premises, including the courtyard; however, for safety reasons, open fires or charcoal use is not permitted. 【2】For Guests Bringing Pets Pets are allowed under certain conditions. Please consult us in advance if you wish to bring a pet. Indoor stays are limited to using a cage in the Main House living room area only. Guests must bring their own cages as free roaming indoors is not allowed. Pets may be on the terrace area as well. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay. 【3】Consideration for Noise and Neighborhood Environment Our accommodation is located in a serene rural area supported by the understanding of local residents. - Please refrain from loud noises or voices during nighttime (after 9:00 PM). - Parties or barbecues in the courtyard should conclude by 9:00 PM. - When using speakers or music devices outdoors, please keep volumes considerate of nearby residents. Thank you for helping us maintain this peaceful environment. 【4】Smoking Policy The entire facility is non-smoking indoors. - Smoking is permitted only at designated outdoor areas (e.g., terraces). - Please properly extinguish cigarettes and manage disposal responsibly. - Littering cigarette butts is strictly prohibited. 【5】Safety and Equipment Management - Guests are responsible for their own safety regarding injuries or accidents during their stay as well as managing valuables. - In case of damage to equipment or facilities caused by guests, repair costs may be charged accordingly.
