The previously unknown forest resources of Amakusa, "Amakusa Hinoki" Fifty years ago, our predecessors planted numerous hinoki trees in the mountains of Amakusa with the hope that they would be of use in the future. Protecting the environment, preventing disasters, and delivering nutrients to the sea—these aspirations have been incorporated into the design of the "Hinoki no Hotel," which makes abundant use of Amakusa Hinoki and has now opened its doors. We hope this will become a place where more and more people can learn about Amakusa. The interior features a simple yet sophisticated design based on white tones, allowing you to fully feel the warmth of the wood. Additionally, the Property is equipped with amenities such as free parking and Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable stay.   • Returning Home with My Grandchild

    I stayed with my daughter and my nursing baby.Due to a Shinkansen issue, we arrived at the Hotel late and completely exhausted. They helped carry our luggage upstairs, which was a big help. I was able to sleep while being soothed by the gentle scent of hinoki (Japanese cypress). I informed them in advance that my grandchild might cry at night and they said it was fine, though it may have bothered other guests a little. Even with my grandchild moving around, the beds were set low, so we were able to stay comfortably without any issues.In the end, I forgot one mobile phone there, and they called me right away so I could go back and pick it up.Thank you very much.

  • I would like to stay here again.

    The Room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were polite and very pleasant. I will use this place again when I visit Amakusa next time.
