Our Property is located in "Katsunuma," an area particularly renowned for its thriving fruit orchards. "The Property with a View of Fruits" is named for its prime location surrounded by orchards, offering not just a view of the orchards but also the fruits themselves. The space where our guests stay is exclusively for their use, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and free-spirited time unique to Yamanashi. Approximately 90 minutes from Tokyo and just about a 5-minute drive from Katsunuma IC, the location is highly convenient. For those traveling by train, Katsunuma Budokyo Station is nearby, and we recommend taking a taxi from the station. The first-floor space is a café (Cafe Belle Raisin). We offer sweets and meals made with fruits unique to Yamanashi. While this is not part of the accommodation space, we encourage you to visit. Additionally, we can provide dinner and breakfast upon request. Please feel free to contact us. Take a moment to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and enjoy a leisurely time while gazing at the magnificent nature and orchards of Yamanashi.
