【Terms of Use】 ■ Please report any damage, contamination, or loss of the building, Facility, or equipment. Restoration costs or actual repair expenses will be charged. In case of damage that requires business suspension, compensation for damages and repair costs during the period will also be collected. ■ If complaints from neighbors arise during or after your stay and are deemed to cause harm to our future operations, we may claim damages. ■ We are not responsible for any accidents, disasters, thefts, injuries, or other damages incurred by guests within the Facility. ■ If your use of this service causes damage to third parties, our company, or the Facility itself, you must resolve all issues at your own expense and responsibility. ■ Cleaning fees will be charged separately for contamination caused by vomiting or soiling. ■ Food Safety Management Please manage food at your own responsibility. Pay special attention when handling raw foods such as seafood and meat. Also handle cooking utensils with care. In case of food poisoning issues arising from improper handling on your part, we bear no responsibility. ■ In case of emergencies such as fire incidents or other troubles requiring immediate action, promptly contact the police/fire department and inform the manager.
