■Important Information
- Lost items will be kept for 3 days and then disposed of. If you wish to have them mailed, shipping will be at your expense (cash on delivery).
- Please take home recyclable waste and bulky garbage.
- Do not dispose of trash in the garbage area outside the building entrance.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, as well as in hallways and anywhere within the property grounds. A cleaning fee of 20,000 yen will be charged if smoking occurs.

- A fee of 10,000 yen will be charged for lost room keys.
- A cleaning fee of 10,000 yen will also apply for damages caused by vomiting due to excessive drinking or similar incidents.
Other Penalties:
- For malicious damage to facilities, compensation equivalent to actual repair costs will be charged.
