Since I live in another prefecture, I can’t visit very often, but every time I do, I’m reminded how kind the staff are and how wonderful their smiles are! The food is delicious, the restaurant has such an open and relaxing atmosphere, and of course I love the baths too—but coming here always leaves me feeling refreshed and energized. It’s so comfortable that I almost don’t want to go home… This time, due to my own circumstances, I asked to check in a little earlier than scheduled, and you kindly accommodated me without hesitation.
