  • Your First Trip to Nasu

    As we don’t drive, taking the Shinkansen to Nasu-Shiobara Station and using the Hotel’s Shuttle Service was a huge help. The dog run was spacious, and our dog looked like it had a great time running around. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with just the right portions—we were very satisfied. Having an Onsen in the Room was also wonderful, and we enjoyed it many times. We would love to visit again.

  • It was excellent.

    We stayed as a couple with our dog. It was our first trip with our pet, but the room was spotless and very clean. The amenities had everything we needed, so we faced no inconvenience at all. The onsen water flowed directly into the room's bath, allowing us to relax and enjoy a leisurely soak, leaving us feeling warm even after getting out. For meals, dinner was sukiyaki served in the room, and breakfast was a buffet; both were incredibly delicious. The cream pasta at breakfast tasted authentic like something you'd find in an Italian restaurant—it was amazing! We were also delighted to find strawberries at the dessert corner. Since our dog is still a puppy, having dinner served in the room worked perfectly for us.It was too cold to spend much time playing in the dog run this time, so we plan to make a reservation during the fresh green season next time!
