The balcony offers a stunning view of the ocean! 〇 Free Wi-Fi is available. 〇 Accommodates up to 6 guests. The Property is a 1LDK house with exclusive use. It is an unmanned, contactless Facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. 〇 While there is no parking lot, two cars can be parked on the road in front of the premises. 〇 The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives, and cutting boards. You can bring fresh fish and vegetables from Awaji Island and cook freely. 〇 Since the Room is located on a small hill, you can enjoy a BBQ in the garden while overlooking the ocean of Awaji Island. A barbecue grill is available for free rental. (Charcoal, ingredients, and fire starters must be brought by guests.) 〇 Garden tables and chairs are also provided, making it ideal for hosting a garden party or enjoying a garden café outdoors. 〇 Pets are welcome to stay. You can also enjoy the ocean view from the living room and terrace. Relax on the sofa in the Room while enjoying the company of your friends or family. ● About Barbecue ● - Feel free to use the barbecue grill. - Please bring your own charcoal, ingredients, and fire-starting supplies. - Ensure proper extinguishing of the fire after use. - After using the grill, please clean it for the next guest. A cleaning set is provided. ● About Bringing Pets ● - A fee of 3,000 yen per pet will be charged. Please inform us at the time of Reservation. - If bringing multiple pets, notify us after you Complete the Reservation. - For dogs, up to 3 small dogs or 1 large dog are allowed. - Pets other than dogs (cats, birds, reptiles) are also allowed, and the fee is the same.
