This is a (non-staffed) contactless Property, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. 〇 The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils such as pots, pans, knives, and cutting boards. You can bring fresh fish and vegetables from Awaji Island and enjoy cooking freely. 〇 Since the Room is located on a small hill, you can enjoy a barbecue in the garden while overlooking the sea of Awaji Island. A barbecue grill is available for free rental. (Charcoal, ingredients, and fire starters are not provided, so please bring your own.) 〇 Garden tables and chairs are also provided, making it ideal for hosting a garden party or enjoying a garden café experience outdoors. 〇 Pets are welcome to stay. Please include pets in the number of guests when making a Reservation. You can relax with your family or friends while enjoying the sea view from the living Room. 〇 About barbecues: - Feel free to use the barbecue grill. - Please bring your own charcoal, ingredients, and fire-starting materials. - Ensure proper cleanup of the fire after use. - Kindly clean the grill after use for the next guest. 〇 About staying with pets: - A fee of 3,000 yen per pet will be charged. Please inform us at the time of Reservation. - If bringing multiple pets, please notify us after you Complete the Reservation. - For dogs, up to 3 small dogs or 1 large dog is allowed. - Pets other than dogs (cats, birds, reptiles) are also welcome, with the same fee applied.
