We stayed as a family and were truly very satisfied.From check-in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and courteous service, which made for a wonderful start to our stay. The welcome drink was a lovely touch and instantly helped us recover from the trip. We were also given Valentine’s Day chocolates upon arrival, which was an unexpected surprise that made us very happy.The Room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable—we slept soundly. We also appreciated that sleepwear was available on each floor; it felt like thoughtful attention to detail. The bath towels were fluffy and felt great as well.We_tool had children with us, and we’re grateful for all the consideration shown. Our child had an accident in bed, and we’re sorry about that, but the staff handled it with a smile without showing any displeasure—we truly appreciated it.It exceeded our expectations for the price.
