Comfort Inn Shiojiri Kita Inter is located approximately 5 minutes by car from "Shiojiri Kita IC" on the Nagano Expressway, the nearest interchange to Shinshu Matsumoto Airport, and about 14 minutes on foot from JR "Murai Station." Situated in the central area of Nagano Prefecture, it features a free open-air parking lot, making it convenient for business and travel by car.
I stayed for one night with the No Meals Included plan. This is not specific to Comfort Hotel, but when traveling by car, business hotels in suburban areas where you don’t have to worry about parking are very reassuring. The amenities were more than sufficient, and since the loft bed is close to the ceiling, it stayed nicely warm with the heating and was more comfortable than expected. I would definitely like to stay again when traveling to Nagano.

Many Hotels in the same price range often have a semi-double, but this one was spacious and I slept well.- The unit bath was relatively large and comfortable.- Breakfast showed thoughtful touches throughout within a limited budget. If you approach it with that perspective, I think you will be satisfied. There were also a few small discoveries—some items I’d like to add to my home-meal repertoire.- Because the dining area is small, there is a system where you choose and reserve a breakfast time slot at 10-minute intervals using a designated card. I thought it was a clever idea.(Points to note)- The pillow was on the low side. However, there was an extra pillow available, so it may be intended for guests who prefer something higher.- The sleepwear/pajamas are poncho-style, so if that feels uncomfortable for you, I recommend bringing your own pajamas. Once I fell asleep, it wasn’t an issue.(Other)Maybe because the price range is reasonable, or because it was during spring break, there seemed to be many families with children. It feels like an Accommodation that is friendly to families raising kids.The service was great—everyone on staff greeted us with smiles.I would stay again.
