The staff were very considerate when informed about physical disabilities, and the service was highly satisfactory. Smoking guests will appreciate the smoking-allowed room, with meals served in the room as well. However, it was disappointing that the futon was thin—only one cotton futon provided; a mattress would have been better. Overall, I am satisfied with the meals and service. Thank you very much!
